Everything looked clean and tidy. The room provided several towels and there are amenities on the first floor along with free drinks until 23:00 and beverages. We reserved our room with buffet breakfast included and it was delicious, very japanese style. The room is comfortable but as a nonsmokers it'd be nice if they had some deodorizer available.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind! I think I messed up dialing the phone and only my voice went through, but before I could figure out what to do, they came to my room to assist me. Both at check-in and check-out, they were just as lovely. Such great service for an affordable price!

It's hidden in a small alley so it's easy to miss. Other than that, there's nothing to complain. Rooms were comfortable. The service was EXCELLENT! Authentic Japanese onsen hotel by the sea. We appreciated both our private bath and large public bath with several pools indoors and outdoors. Location is further away from busy Matsuyama city and we enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere of Hojo area.

This is a great place to stay. They offer a discounted "henro price" that makes a room around 6000 yen a night. Making the laundry is more expensive than other places (600 yen) and there is no Wi-Fi.

I stayed for 2 nights in japanese style room. The room and bedding are clean. Every day they prepared clean bedding ,Japanese style clothes and new towels. The room smelled like green tea and the outdoor hot spring was good. The dinner and breakfast were really fantastic. Hot and cold food were served perfectly. I recommend staying here.

We chose the upgraded omacase on the menu and it was out of this world. Everything had their own flavour and simply delicious. The beef you can grill yourself and the abalone was very soft and juicy after being cooked. Everything was just right after the flames went out.
