Being able to see the sunrise from the balcony of the room is amazing enough! One of the hotels with the best views in Sendai. The service is also very good, very friendly and professional. I will definitely come again.

Breakfast here is one of the things I look forward to. It would be even better if they offered takeaway coffee. Reservations are hard to get on weekends, so I was lucky to get one this time.

The hotel has a 80s vibe so do not expect a very modern interior. But the room is very spacious and clean. Driving is almost a must though

Our two-day stay coincided with a heavy snowstorm in Aomori, but the staff were incredibly helpful. They pre-booked a taxi to Shin-Aomori for us, which saved our onward travel plans from being disrupted. They even gave us hand warmers when we checked out.

It's very close to Hirota Shrine and the train station, and check-in was smooth. We had to change rooms midway through our stay, but we were able to leave our luggage in the room and have the staff move it for us, which was great. The bedding was excellent.

The hotel's location is pretty close to the local products museum, but it's a bit of a walk from the JR station, especially when it's snowing. The hotel service was excellent and very professional. They even gave us hand warmers when we checked out on a snowy day, which was a very thoughtful touch. It's a great hotel for a layover.

Staying one night in Aomori, I booked the Nikko hotel since I was flying with JAL. You can tell the hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. It was alright, nothing special, and the bed was a bit low.

The room in general is clean although the white curtain has holes and the shower curtain is a bit ripped. There are some molds under the sink. The soap and conditioner ate not so good. We asked for some facial soap and moisturizer, the staff said those things ate only available depending on the room type. How come other affordable business hotel chains provide those things?! A bit of an older hotel for a Nikko, so the facilities aren't top-notch, but they're still perfectly adequate. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and convenient for both shopping and dining. The room itself is quite spacious, enough to fit two pieces of luggage comfortably. Everything in the room was very clean, and the bath was great.

The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, just opposite to the JR station, you can walk to the hotel using the pedestrian tunnel linked to the JR station and mall, with elevators which are user-friendly for travellers with big luggages.

This time I stayed here only to sleep during a business trip, but there were several types of shampoos available in the lobby and a decent amount of amenities! Location is not the best but it is acceptable- quick 5 mins walk from Sendai station via the side door. Room is neat and tidy- slightly larger than standard Japanese room size with all the required amenities. Hotel staffs are welcoming and friendly.

Very Good location - close to Sendai station. There is a 7-11 and family mart within 2 mins walk. The hotel offer complimentary breakfast and room is clean. It's conveniently located near Kokubuncho Station. Thank you for your help. Check-in was at 3 PM, but it was raining hard and chilly, so I arrived after 2 PM. I was told that my room would be ready as soon as it was available, so I was able to check in at 2:30 PM.

Just few minutes walk from the train station. Suprise me with buffet breakfast even I did not book with breakfast.  The breakfast is decent.  Value for money to stay in this hotel.  The only problem is the wall is not sound proof.  I could hear the next door noise when they speak kindly. Just right next to the train station, very good location with lots of food places around. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and polite. There's coin laundry machines which is convenient. Also there are paid parking spots in case you come by car. The only con i found is that i think the breakfast area is too small for the number of people that can stay at the hotel.

2024 ~ I used to be a repeat guest, you can stay from 5000 yen on a cheap day. But …. Bed is hard as rock. But the bed that I got the last time was like a rock that has been partially crushed by past users. It was very uncomfortable. All beds in Daiwa hotels are hard beds, I will not stay again. No 4th time.

This is a bit of a walk from the station but the walk is, at least, pretty much straight down the main road and mostly paved. Allow more time if you are walking with luggage. The rooms were clean. If your coming from the JR station, you'll walk about 10-15 minutes past lots of hotels before you reach this place. That said, it's a fairly pleasant walk. There's also a 100yen circle bus (little blue bus) that stops outside the hotel. Staff are efficient. Double room is as expected pretty small, but we spend only sleeping hours in the room so it's adequate for the very reasonable price.

The location is good, about 7 to 8 minuteswalj to the Akita Station. It was also very easy to walk to the park for cherry blossom viewing and other museums. Even though the room was small, but it was clean and tidy. We were satisfied with our stay.

We like the breakfast especially the freshly squeeze juice. The library cafe is great to sit around and they also provide an Ipad for guests.

This is my second stay, and I am very satisfied with it. The location is good, the facilities are complete, and there is free parking. It is very friendly to people who drive to Fukushima. The surrounding facilities are also complete. I will choose this accommodation arrangement again in the future.

The location is great, right outside the station. There's a 7-Eleven on the left, and the hotel occupies the entire building. The room isn't huge, but it's clean. The front desk service was efficient but not particularly warm or friendly.

Booked a 20 meter square twin bed room at the very last minute - yet the room was much more spacious than I’ve had imagined and the hotel was very welcoming with free welcome drinks and breakfast, under such an economic price. Highly recommended, especially for those who wish to stay near to Hachinohe Station for easy taking of Shinkansen.

A high-quality, long-standing hotel in Akita city with professional service and clean rooms. Although I didn't book breakfast due to my schedule, the hotel's location is excellent, right next to Senshu Park, and it's a quick walk to the station. It's a convenient first choice for accommodation when visiting Akita.

Feels like a business hotel and not the regular 2/3 star hotel. Room is large and comfortable. TV has YouTube and Chromecast. Location is decent although it takes a small walk from Akita station. No public bath.

The hotel facilities are definitely old. The wallpaper is peeling, and the bathroom fixtures are ancient; water seems to drain out as it comes in, which is odd. The desk is quite large, offering plenty of space for items. The room was cold, and it felt like there was no heating. However, the cleanliness was actually pretty good. It really just needs a renovation.

Plenty of amenities to choose from, having a shampoo bar at the front desk and razors, etc. However at our stay, the water was out for all showers and toilets that we could find. Our room had a tobacco scent as it was a smoking room however the windows are unable to be opened leaving it to linger.
