Located pretty close to the Aizuwakamatsu JR train station, which is one of the attraction. Overall the hotel/room seems to be slightly old but clean. The room is comfortable and I had good 2 night sleep! Would be great if there's a water cooler/water dispenser (for hot summer days!)

First time staying in this style hotel. Right on the edge of a great downtown area. No frills, but comfortable rooms. Unanticipated extras like evening drinks and face masks. The bathroom enclosure was the thing that threw me. Incredibly efficient, but a bit cramped and odd to a Westerner.

The hotel offers parking for NT$600 per day, which is very convenient for self-driving tourists! It is a 10-minute drive from the Guanbi'an Market, highly recommended for independent travelers.

The price for a room with breakfast included was excellent. I had to walk a bit, but the affiliated multi-story parking garage was a lifesaver as it protected my car from the snow. My only minor complaint is that the amenities were a bit less than what I've experienced at other hotels.

This Super Hotel room is quite spacious, definitely larger than the two other Super Hotels I've stayed in before. I'm very satisfied; it was more than enough space. I've stayed at many hot spring hotels, but this one was exceptional in every way, with a great attention to detail. Even the fresh flowers on the wall outside the room were changed daily. I stayed in the Japanese-style room for three days and was almost reluctant to leave. I'll definitely come back next time...

Location couldn't be better. Staff speaks just a little bit of English, but it's possible to find workarounds with translator or if you know just a little bit of Japanese. Considering the prices of the region, it was the best cost benefit that we could find. The Japanese bath is quite good, you would need to spend much more for a better hotel.

Typical small Japanese hotel room, with a little desk, a small bed and a low shower head that would spray water at my chest. The pillow had a beaded side and a normal soft side, which is a nice touch. The hotel was quiet and clean, with friendly staff. The room was spacious, the food was delicious and we had a comfortable stay, but although I understand that alcohol is charged for with meals, I don't like the fact that soft drinks are also charged for (though there were some free drinks).
