Rooms are clean, it's quiet around. Staff are very kind. It's been a decent hotel.

I often stay at this hotel when I'm on business trips.
I know that it can't be helped, but the parking lot was a bit difficult to get in and out of.
However, the service was impeccable.
I'm not sure about other Route Inns, but I was surprised to find that you can purchase tattoo concealment stickers for 250 yen each if they're strong enough to cover up a tattoo! Be prepared! They're postcard-sized.
I forgot something and asked them to send it to me, with shipping cost to be paid by the recipient, and they sent it for me, which was a huge help.
Even when I forgot to get chopsticks from the nearby supermarket, they had disposable chopsticks on hand, so it seems like they'll help with anything!
I was very satisfied with their service.
I only had breakfast in the dining hall, and while it can't be helped when they're busy, the thoughtfulness when they have time was wonderful.
When I tried to clear away my dishes, a staff member volunteered to collect them, which was very helpful.
I felt that each staff member was well-trained and kept an eye on their surroundings.

The internet is difficult to connect to, both wired and wireless. Strangely, it always works when you tell the front desk that it's not working.
Breakfast is always full. They extend the closing time when there are large groups, which is a shame.

It's close to the highway interchange, so it's convenient for those who use a car. There are convenience stores and drug stores within walking distance, so you won't have any problems. It's far from any places to drink alcohol, so if you can accept that, the location is good.

It's easily accessible from Koriyama Interchange, and I've used it many times. The breakfast is a buffet, and it's always delicious.

I stayed here on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was not working well, so it was quite cold at first. It was cold at the recommended temperature setting, so I turned it up and used it. Other than that, there were no problems with the facilities. I slept well.
On a different note, a while after checking in, a man was yelling loudly for quite a long time, either outside the room or in one of the rooms. I don't know if he was drunk or something, but if he was going to be noisy until late at night, I was thinking that I would call the front desk. Fortunately, it seemed to quiet down before midnight, but that was a bit disappointing.

The location is good, and the staff were kind enough to guide us to a covered parking lot for motorcyclists. I would like to use it again.
