There are many local ingredients and you can grab the taste of Sendai at a glance. Room js clean, with indoor onsen in hotel. Staff is kind. Everything is good!

The hotel is not very close to the JR station, but it is easy to find. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of options and great taste. The bed is very comfortable, although slightly on the soft side. I appreciate that two pillows are provided per person. The onsen is a bit small.

The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. It was quiet, and the hot spring was very relaxing with a good selection of bath amenities, which I really liked. It's also very close to Sendai Station, making shopping and getting around super convenient.

Room is slightly small but good for 4 of us, 2 adults 2kids, the room is clean and the service is good.

Breakfast is delicious. Staff were very polite. Front desk staff were very friendly. Mr. Sato at the front desk spoke good English and was very hospitable.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed with a Nespresso coffee machine available as a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch.

The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan, beautifully designed, and very clean—making our stay comfortable from the start.

During our stay, we experienced the Aomori earthquake. We could clearly feel the shaking, and our phones received emergency alerts, so we quickly evacuated using the outdoor emergency stairs. When we reached the lobby, a staff member named 佐藤 (Sato) was already there, calmly reassuring guests. He noticed a lady who had run out barefoot and quietly brought her a pair of slippers without making a scene—such a thoughtful gesture.

Mr. Sato was friendly and attentive during check-in, and during the earthquake he remained calm, clear, and informative. His professionalism and kindness left a deep impression on us.

Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and genuine care for guests. Highly recommended.

Walkable from JR station and
main bus stops to destinations.

The hotel is super close to Sendai Station, making transportation very convenient. It's also near Tohoku University, Sendai Asaichi (morning market), observation decks, and 7-Eleven.

The hotel service is excellent; check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

The rooms are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with water and toiletries provided. When leaving, I noticed in the reception area that the hotel has won many awards. The breakfast buffet isn't huge, but the variety is decent, typically Japanese. They even have Sendai's famous Zunda Shake, so no need to go all the way to the station to buy one! Whether for leisure or business, it's a solid, comfortable stay without any real drawbacks.

On the day before I left Japan, there was a tsunami and earthquake. I was in such a panic late at night that I ran down to the lobby in my room slippers to consult with the manager. I apologize for that; please forgive me. I later realized that the staff on duty in the lobby were incredibly polite, warm, and helpful in their replies, and they all remained very calm.

We're able to store bags before checking in. Check in was at 14:00 which is earlier than average for Japanese business type hotel, handy after an early flight. 2 free bottles of water given daily.
Room was a little larger than average but if course still small. Room was modern feeling with everything we needed. It was quiet on the 10th floor at the end of the corridor. Slept well.
Can access JR and subway via underground passage at Exit West 1 - good if raining.
Loads of cafes and shops on doorstep.

Very comfortable stay with lots of amenities. Very near Aobadori/ Sendai stn for easy access. Extremely clean too!
