We had an outstanding stay at Saryo Soen in Sendai. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was exceptional, beautifully kept and very comfortable. While everyone was wonderful, special recognition goes to our room attendant, Suganima-San, who was truly outstanding in her care and service. The chef also deserves praise, going out of his way to accommodate our special dietary needs as vegetarians. Each entree was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. This was a perfect experience, and we highly recommend Saryo Soen.

Because we had to visit a place on the way, we arrived at the hotel late. Check-in was quick but efficient; the front desk and room staff were waiting for us. Dinner was plentiful. The environment and greenery were excellent, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The staff's service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the layout of the inn were all excellent. The food was lavish in both presentation and quantity, but the quality was a little lacking. Everything else was perfect, so I would like to come again.

The hotel offers a shuttle bus from the JR station to the hotel, which requires reservation but is very convenient. The staff are polite and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. The onsen (hot spring) is open until 1 a.m. The rooms are very large. The only downside is that there are many small insects floating in the open-air bath. It's best to soak in the onsen after the cleaning time (6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) for a very comfortable experience.

The hotel is very new and has good facilities. The courtyard is textured. The service staff is very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. It feels great. It is really enjoyable to take a bath under the maple tree.

The private room has a very nice garden, good food and the service was good. I am very glad to come to the anniversary. I wonder if I can change seasons again. The outdoor sauna was also good.

Especially in Akiu. The hotel interior is good with subtraction, but mostly with addition. Among them, it is properly controlled. This is a hotel where you can receive extraordinary hospitality.

Japanese hotel at the back of Sendai, by the mountain stream of the Natori River, with a beautiful Japanese garden with 8000 tsubo and architectural beauty in the sukiya style. This is a famous hot spring that Tohoku boasts and is considered one of the three major hot springs in Japan. It was an action-packed two-day trip to soak in an open-air bath full of wildness and hot springs with rich medicinal properties that have been around for a long time, and enjoy colorful kaiseki cuisine and the blessings of Michinoku. This was a hotel that I wanted to visit again.

One of the most charming Ryokan stay in Sendai. Property is very traditional style, gorgeous huge room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. They served delicious Kaiseki meals, seasonal produce. We enjoyed our onsen experience in the privacy of our room.
