I will start out by that I stayed here on a group trip. The trip was fantastic, but this hotel fell short. Several of the women in my group reported harassment from the staff. I did not experience this myself, but I absolutely believe them. The room was ok - comfortable enough for a few nights, and I did like the balcony I got in my single room. The bathroom was not so great, and the shower was nearly impossible to get any hot water from (my room was on the 4th floor so maybe that was part of the issue). The rooftop was nice - good views of Wadi Musa. But the issues with the staff really put me off.

This hotel needs improvement to warrant 4 stars for cleanliness and customer service. They do provide lotion, tissue and consistent temperature in the shower (which I appreciate!). Towels were white and clean. Bed was comfortable Stayed here 2 nights - 1st breakfast on time - great! 2nd breakfast was scheduled for 7.00am but the guy responsible for the kitchen slept in, came down at 7.02 am and advise us that it will be an hour before anything is ready! Unprofessional! We did not eat breakfast because we had to leave at 8.00am

The accommodations were adequate, but we were disappointed at the quality of the food both for dinner and one of our breakfasts. The amount of food and its taste just wasn't as good as expected. Room could have been better vacuumed. Location was excellent with plenty of shopping, museums and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice room and comfortable bed for a budget hotel. The rooftop pool is lovely. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. Don't bother visiting the spa. Very confusing and frustrating experience. Spent way too long in the "circuit" waiting for my turn with the therapist, not knowing what was happening or how much longer it would be. Then when I did get in, I sustained abrasions during the body scrub portion... They broke the skin and I had multiple scabs/open wounds that have taken about 10 days to heal. Not good.

Really comfortable beds. Staff eager to help and friendly. Food, delicious! A short cab ride away from the iconic site of Petra. Close to many local shops and restaurant. It's just a shame that we weren't able to stay longer. I would highly recommend.

The staff (especially Zahid) were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they all worked extremely hard. The food was lovely and tasty and, I really looked forward to breakfast. The location is ideal for Petra it takes less than 5 mins in a car so would be walking distance.

A very nice hotel with a great pool/recreation area on the roof. You'll be hot and dehydrated if you've spent the day walking around Petra (and you should) and this pool where the water doesn't become unpleasantly hot, but stays cool is very refreshing. Room was really good too. Friendly staff cook omelets and pancakes for breakfast at the buffet.

Stayed here as part of a group tour. This hotel is at the top of a hill away from the main attractions, so you will need yo walk or get taxis ( about 5JOD to Petra entrance). We were in room 101 which was large with a double bed, two sofas plus a large wardrobe. The bed was comfy and the room spotlessly clean. Bathroom had a walkin shower at one end. Other reviews complain about no hot water - you just need yo let it run for a while and then there is tons! Our room was on the front of the hotel but it was not noisy, although call to prayer was quite lengthy and early as it was ramadan - but you are in Jordan! Found it quite soothing! We ate here on our first night. Good local food (Upside-down) served with a flourish! Breakfast buffet had all the usual elements - bread, eggs, cake and is served from early. There is a shop yards away (not open during our stay) and at least one restaurant nearby. Staff were happy to help. The rooftop pool area exceeded expectations and was an absolute bonus after 8 hours walking Petra! This is a good tourist standard base for seeing the sites of the area.

Nothing worked...hair dryer broken, TV remote batteries flat, no hot water, air con did not work, noisy location. A basic check of all the room facing before allocating is a basic requirement. They did attempt to resolve some of the issues but lacked customer care. Would not recommend.

The Seven Wonders turned out to be a wonder when we arrived having left our pre-booked hotel in disgust. We were very relieved to find this place and felt very welcomed on arrival. The hotel is right on a busy road but there was parking and our room was not bothered by noise. The room was clean and typical of a mid range hotel anywhere. The roof top was a nice place to chill after a busy day in Petra. Swimming pool was a bit murky, and it was a bit noisy from the road below but it was nice to have some outside space with sun loungers. The staff were all very pleasant. I have read the reviews complaining about the staff and mould but this was not our experience at all. The staff were welcoming polite and informative.
