Stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Was very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the services provided. Lovely staff at reception, particularly Noura who was extremely helpful. Will definitely use again.

We had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel. We'd booked the West Luxury hotel but they messaged and asked if we could change to this hotel with no extra cost and we were very happy. The room was large and comfortable - 2 beds and a camp bed which I found quite uncomfortable but my son didn't mind! The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choice. We were only there one night, then went on an overnight tour, and returned for a second night. There's some nice restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk and overall we found the hotel very convenient with very friendly and helpful staff.

One of my memorable stay in this hotel due to their excellent services. All staff were very friendly specially we got extra care and comfort from their housekeeping. All staff were very good but Ms. Shareefa was one of the best who made our stay very comfortable.

Great accommodations. Kind staff. Attention to detail. Wonderful! I hope to return again. We had an issue with the original room and they fixed it and moved us to a better room. Clean and attentive and it was a fun stay. Great breakfast buffet too

My experience in the hotel was amazing 🤩 The staff was super friendly and helpful ♥️ The food was really great and tasty with various choices 🤤 The location is also perfect and close from many great location. I recommend it big time and I would definitely come again 🌸

A wonderful in a most beautiful city. Quiet and very spacious hotel. Facilities are number one very quiet to sleep. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Restaurants and food are good quality a d plentiful. If I visit amman again to I will certainly stay here

Luxurious hotel. Well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room. On hill with views. Friendly and helpful staff . Great wifi and tv. Has bar and restaurant. Laundry service available. Hair dryers. Very modern and exquisitely can and fresh.

Handy town hotel. Easy to hail taxi from road outside (although I booked one for return to airport). The Nub bar is 3 mins walk away - recommend that as well.

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars for its location because I visited it in July 2007. It was like a paradise for me compared to Baghdad at that time ( war time). I spent 3 weeks here with my friend and they were very happy days because we were away from the war. Inshallah will visit it one day. I loved Amman. It was beautiful city. This time I don’t need to wait in the airport for 7 hours because of my Iraqi passport. I will be coming with my US passport 😉. Sadly we were treated badly by the airport security guards for nothing because we were carrying Iraqi passports. My friend now is a Swedish citizen and I’m American citizen. At that time I wished I had a US passport 😌. Hopefully now they treat Iraqi visitors with respect and dignity.
