However, what truly elevated my stay was the bar experience — and especially the exceptional leadership of Susan, the Bar Manager.

Susan is the definition of hospitality excellence. Her professionalism, charisma, and deep knowledge of her craft transform a simple evening drink into a memorable experience. She manages the bar with confidence and elegance, creating an atmosphere that is both vibrant and refined. Her attention to detail, warm personality, and ability to engage guests effortlessly make her a true asset to the hotel.

It is rare to encounter a manager who not only runs operations smoothly but also personally elevates the guest experience. Susan does exactly that. She embodies world-class service standards.
