We 5 family members stayed at the hotel with 2 rooms (1 couple room and 1 triple room)…amazed with their hospitality specially with room service and flexibility in check out…their food was amazing with varieties of breakfast options and mouth watering dinner set menu….a big shout out to Receptionist Muhammad and the chef Ahmad Wadi. Highly recommended and value for money.

Its a place of hospitality & comfort. The reception and front desk persons are very much co-operative during our stay. Dining area & restaurant service is fantastic. I shall advice the tourists to enjoy their holidays here.

Don’t stay here!! I’ve had the worst experience . The guy that works in the morning always gives me a hard time!! My whole family rents rooms here and every time I come to visit he makes it a big deal!!! It’s ridiculous and very un professional

The staff are excellent and their service is wonderful. My only comments are about the furniture, both in the entrances and bedrooms, and the hotel's smell.

I recently visited Jordan for the first time as part of a charity work trip with a group of 20 people, and I stayed at this hotel for five days. It was my first time visiting the Middle East, and my experience was great!

The hotel itself was good—clean and comfortable, with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available to assist with anything we needed. I didn’t run into any issues during my stay, which made the trip even more enjoyable.

One thing that stood out was how conveniently located the hotel is. There’s a shop just a couple of minutes' walk away, which was really handy for picking up any small items.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for work or leisure. It made my first experience in Jordan a positive and memorable one!

I was there last year, I had a good time with that place, awesome staffs, very approachable and nice foods. The rooms are good they have a compostable and relaxing place. If I have a a chance to visit the Jordan I will choose it again RAWA HOTEL SUITES ❤️

The most horrible trip of my entire life because of the bed bug. Uncomfortable pillows, small, old towels. The cleaning leaves something to be desired. And the worst thing is that the manager promised to reimburse me for what I lost in terms of clothes because he called an expert to the hotel and the latter advised me to wash everything at 60° and the result a big loss, it's been 2 months since he told me I'm going to check with the financial director, we'll call you back Madam but unfortunately it's just blah blah. He ignores my calls, my emails and even my messages. I booked with Booking and believe me the photos are not consistent at all, I wanted to write my opinion on Booking but for the moment they have stopped registering this hotel from their site.

Alhamdulillah we had a pleasant stay at this hotel suites. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room is clean and well maintained. We had dinner at this hotel too, and the food spread is pleasant with varieties and choices. Alhamdulillah for a good rest.
