- The hotel is in good location
- Good breakfast
- Good WIFI
- They refused to have my own tool box (I am an engineer with light tool box) and insist that I leave it at the reception which is very strange
- It is very noisy when there is a party (which is almost everyday) I could not sleep as the sound was inside my room

This review will address wifi speeds, customer service, and overall satisfaction from my two week stay. The first week was in room 417 (single king bed room) and the second week was in room 104 (single king bed executive suite). The Positives of the hotel is the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are clean yet the furniture could use some updating. My first week in room 417 was overall wonderful. The wifi was super fast, I barley interacted with staff outside the check in process and the room cleaner but both those people were great. I will say the out of my two week stay, I only utilized the free breakfast buffet once. The options were decent, but I had a weird interaction with a male cook at the omelette station where I gave him my omelette order and the ingredients I wanted, I went and sat at my table for about 5 minutes, came back and he looked at me as if we were speaking for the first time and he was like "ah yes, ok I will start making your omelette now (even though there was nobody else having an omelette made). Bizzare. My major complaint is my experience in room 417 during my second week. The wifi connection was absolutely horrible. I had 3 devices, an android phone, an iPhone, and a tablet and the wifi would frequently stop working or become super slow on all of them. I informed the front desk the first night in the room and they told me the engineer would look into it. The second day same problem, the third day same problem. Now I have 4 d

We stayed at this hotel for about two weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect , very close to top restaurants, shops, and malls, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs.
The service is outstanding, the cleanliness is excellent, and the hotel is well-organized and fully equipped with everything you might need. What stood out the most was the constant follow-up and personal communication with guests to ensure everything was going well , a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated.

I would like to sincerely thank Rasha, Bayan, Raed, Laith, and Mohammad from the different departments (reception, guest relations, and sales) for their exceptional support and hospitality.
I highly recommend staying here where you will definitely enjoy your experience.

This was my second time visiting Ayass Hotel for a business trip. When I arrived, my suite was ready, and I found the room size and layout to be perfect. The only issue I faced was that the TV wasn’t working, and there was no bath shampoo provided initially. However, once I informed the staff, they promptly brought it to me, which I appreciated.

The service overall was good, and the breakfast—while simple—was tasty. The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it very convenient.

Overall, a pleasant stay with just a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved.
