This is one of the worst hotels I've been to. I've been there with a summer school. The check in was far from professional.

The rooms were so dirty. The first room we got had a broken chair. Cigarettes ash were not cleaned. Bed sheets and blankets had liquid drops spelled on them. We asked them to clean the room twice and they didn't. Claiming that they didn't have spare keys which was a lie. The bathroom was too dirty we couldn't have a shower. And when we tried hair was coming out of the shower vent. The shower box had shampoo bottles caps thrown into it from the previous guests and it wasn't cleaned. Upon asking for a room change (we had to take a shower) they claimed they didn't have other rooms. Which was a lie.. As soon as my friend went angrily complaining to them they gave us a different one.

That was one of many lies. They didn't respond to telephone calls and the reputation is too bad even neighbours claiming immoral things were occurring there.

I want to point out that I've been to hostels with bathrooms shared between 3 rooms and they were cleaner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 360 Hotel from check-in to check-out , and I wanted to share my experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a stunning view . The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Overall, my stay at 360 hotel exceeded my expectations, I look forward to returning in the future!
