The hotel's location is excellent. The food was delicious and the staff was welcoming. I definitely recommend staying here for the price and what you get!

I was a bit unsure about booking this place because of the mixed reviews, but my experience was actually pretty decent. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything worked fine for a short stay.

It’s a simple, no-frills hotel—not luxury—but for the price, it does the job. I think some of the older reviews might reflect past issues, but it looks like they’ve improved things.

If you're not expecting something fancy and just need a clean, quiet place to sleep, this is a reasonable choice.

My husband and I stayed there only because it was close to our family’s house.

1-Service is extremely bad, you have to call them one billion times until they do something
2-The key needs to be reset every time you go in and out
3-Only 2 bottles of water and they don’t even refill or give you extra water
4- cleaning service came once ONLY at 10 am and tried to open the door on us while sleeping, there isn’t even a sign that you can put on the door when you want room service or Do not disturb, they also never came again to clean! For the next 3 days
5-We asked for an Iron and they brought it without the iron table and had to ask for it 3 days straight
6-Reminded them of cleaning our room daily and was still not cleaned , no more tissue and used towels…
7-the TV remote wasn’t even working
8- The bedsheets had a stain
9-Showerhead hose is really short cant even reach your belly
10- Laundry not done!! They put a laundry bag that we put our stuff in and we asked them to take it and they never did! We kept asking for it and on Friday and they told us no laundry service today
11- They never vacuumed
12- No parking spots at all you have to park near the shops in the street

-Pros:
Cheap
Good for 1 day and if you don’t care about any service being provided just a bed and place to sleep in

A star for the location?? Never again!
Here is the low down:
Cons:
Shortage on towels
Bathroom cleanup is very poor
Hot AC doesn't work so you are screwed in the winter.
Super late service (hours)
Hot water? Forget it! Warm water comes after 3 mins of wasting water.
Gym opens from 11 am-8 pm, WTF dude!

Pros:
The receptionist tried to help but not a chance
Location??
Yes, I forgot, cheap? (Yes, you get what you pay for!)

I don't understand why this hotel has such low ratings on here. Just goes to show that you can't trust reviews anymore. I enjoyed staying there and I will definitely stay there again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It's a comfortable, cozy environment, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I thought the hotel was lovely. Clean, fresh smell and the rooms and hallways and the stuff always extremely kind and friendly, and they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I'd definitely recommend for a 'value for money' stay

Gym’s closed (a nice gym too), nothing stated on website closed probably for the next month maybe longer at least. Book elsewhere for a longer stay, if you plan to use it as none of it will be available. Here for a week visiting my niece, booked because of the nice gym and I can still train for my marathon in 3 weeks and stay in shape for another IRONMAN Triathlon. Hotel was recommended, don’t know the Amman standard but rooms are decent, and staff is polite, generous and friendly other than not working with me (manager) to use a single treadmill as I’ve been told it’s not safe to run here . Thanks Sadeen Hotel, it’s great throwing months of training out the window because you think someone needs to be down there and watch me workout. Poor excuse, as a frequent traveler this is unnecessary and rarely ever seen that’s why there’s cameras which you have. Maybe update this review at the end of the stay but for now it stays.

The hotel is very cozy

Awful place, in many ways. It's a long way from anywhere you want to go. Only positive was the room was clean & comfortable. After a very long journey from Aqaba, we wanted a cold drink or coffee. The hotel was truly dry - neither was available. There is no bar/café, or room service. We went out to look for a café, but had to make do with buying cold drinks from a supermarket We were Half Board, but when we entered the restaurant we were greeted with surprise & were eventually presented with a plate of food that was chicken like cardboard & barely cooked, tepid vegetables. No starter, & I had to wave a spoon at the waiter to ask for pudding. Glad it was only one night.

The Sadeen Hotel is located about 30 minutes drive from the city. There are no tourist attractions close by so travelers need to have their own transport arrangements. We arrived early and were appreciative of early access to our room. The rooms are generous in size, with a separate lounge area with tasteful decor. The mattress was a bit worn and lumpy, but still reasonably comfortable. The rooms have a bar fridge and safe. The airconditioning is rather cold (we had to set the temperature to 30). There is a window in each room that can be opened, however, we found the noise from the street too loud to leave it open at night. The only real disappointment was the restaurant. The food was dreadful. The buffet dinner was cold. The heaters had not been lit under the food. The pasta had congealed and the chicken was so dry I could not get my knife into it. Breakfast was no better. There was no fruit or cereal and no eggs on the second day. The one slice toaster took 4 rounds to cook the frozen bread. A better option is to purchase something from the Safeway store across the street. There is also a pizza store opposite the hotel where staff were particularly helpful. The hotel seems to cater for a number of tour groups.
