Excellent hotel and excellent location. We visited this hotel from South Africa. The room and bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not too bad. The hotel location is very good and service very good. Breakfast was lovely as well. Will recommend hotel to others. Thank you

Excellent hotel and excellent location. We visited this hotel from South Africa. The room was decent size however we felt the bathroom is on the smaller side but it's not too bad you can manage. The hotel location is very good with a nice vibe in the area and lots of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes in the street. Overall staff and service are very good. Breakfast was lovely as well. I Will recommend this hotel to others. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Do not recommend. Old mattress. Poor customer service. Staff is not friendly.Over charging customers for services not used even after brought to their attention. Small rooms. Street noise is a factor. Not a great value for the price.

The hotel seems ok. But our 2 rooms were not clean. Water pipes and toilet is rusty and leaks. The room smells bad and there was hair beneth the bed sheets.

Great people and great service and reasonable price

There is a butcher shop in the first floor and it wakes us up every time they cut meat, also the AC turns off by it self so we have to call reception to start it.
Then housekeeping start moving furniture and making noise at 6 in the morning.
No parking spots available
Elevator needs one of the employees to make it go down to parking floor!

An amazingly beautiful hotel with helpful, friendly staff and superb service. The entire building is kept to a high standard of cleanliness; bathroom towels and toiletries are replenished daily and the rooms are given a good cleaning.

The food was excellent. A wide selection buffet with various dishes and fresh salads, along with fresh fruit juice and tea or coffee.

The hotel is located amidst a plethora of different shops, ranging from a delicious bakery to a fancy jewellery store. This makes it an ideal place for any holidaymakers who like to easily find souvenirs and/or sample local cuisine.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan.
