Nice place but no alcohol service

My friends and I went to explore some interesting routes and stayed at this recreation area. Separate cabins. One large room with a bed and a hallway area with a hard sofa. The place is gorgeous. Overall, I liked it, except for a few points. 1. Upon arrival, I decided to take a shower, and suddenly the water went out. I was covered in soap... I had to get out of the shower. They said they turned on the children's pool and that's why the water was turned off. 2. The refrigerator didn't work, and we didn't even notice until the food spoiled. We had to throw it out. 3. Well, and the last thing, I got food poisoning after dinner. Maybe some virus got onto my plate. Everyone else was healthy, but I ordered Lagman. Maybe the cook forgot to wash my hands... oh well, in that case I always have pills that help me. We didn't go into the pool, the water was cold and a little cloudy. Most likely because we arrived off-season... we'll give you a discount for that =) The cost of half a cabin is 40,000 tenge.
