Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again.

Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you
