Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was always friendly especially reception girls Adema and Dilnoz, attentive, and ready to help with any request. Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby. Very good location. Quite reasonable price for a4 star hotel, at least during winter. Near to shymkent plaza. Eating at the Kazakh restaurant next to the hotel is a must,!! Delicious and affordable. I recommend you to stay here!

Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you

Excellent location, within walking distance of shopping centers, shops, restaurants, water park. Huge comfortable room with spacious bathroom and work area. Very comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal. Breakfasts are excellent, very tasty. Good soundproofing - we lived opposite the elevator, but it is almost inaudible. The staff is friendly and polite.

There's a sports club (football) outside. People were kicking a ball and yelling until 11 p.m. Sound is good. The hotel itself is clean and fairly new. The food is 5+. Overall, we were satisfied (one-night stay).

I stayed at dorm 303 where the AC's highest temp is 25 and the body odor of my roommates is just all over. The toilet room floor tends to get messy after one takes shower because they do not have mats. For some reason, devices won't connect to the wifi immediately. Was working on the common area. Coin laundry is also available.
