The design and craftsmanship are exquisite and high-end. The room was large and smoke-free, the bed was large, and the shower was hot and odor-free. The breakfast buffet was generous and served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM

New hotel. Clean, comfortable. The bed is luxurious - we slept happily. Breakfast is a good buffet, but coffee is paid separately and we didn't get any fruit.

There's a sports club (football) outside. People were kicking a ball and yelling until 11 p.m. Sound is good. The hotel itself is clean and fairly new. The food is 5+. Overall, we were satisfied (one-night stay).

I'll try to be as constructive as possible. We booked a deluxe room for a couple. 90% of the time, there was someone at reception available for assistance (we asked for extra slippers and they provided them)

3 light switches in the room: master, central, and night. Smoking room on the same floor of the hotel. Difficult-to-clean stains on the carpet + a burn hole in one chair. They only give out one key card
