3 star hotels in Shymkent

We didn't expect that, Shymkent city and people was good. Our Hotel Receptionist Miss Louisa was very Helpful and professional. I recommend all to book this hotel and enjoy the stay and service from Professional staff. I really appreciate to Miss Louisa.

Good hotel with good service, but be aware if you are foreigner and you come to check in late at night the is good chance if you don’t speak Russian or Kazakh there will be some language difficulties

I'm very apreciated about the Tourist Hotel service for cleaning my room and breakfast at bed ;0) My room had brand new interier. So quiet place with nice view and lot of space for rest and living.

The location is excellent. The room is very small, so it would be difficult to stay there for long. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's a nice hotel, centrally located, with Wi-Fi. We used it as a stopover between flights. We arrived at night and were checked in quickly. The rooms are small, but okay for an overnight stay.

The location is excellent, 10 minutes from Arbat Street, with a supermarket and snack options nearby. The room has a kettle, water, and everything you need for tea. The hotel has been renovated, so everything is new and beautiful. The breakfasts are hearty and filling!

A luxurious hotel 20 minutes from the airport. Clean, new, and the food delicious. Breakfast is good. The staff is polite. The room has everything you need.

A pleasant stay. Highlights: staff and breakfast. I had a very early checkout the next day, and the receptionist had breakfast ready for me :) I didn't find the bed that comfortable, and the air conditioning is very limited, but the room met my expectations. It's a very clean place and worth the stay.

Rahmet Zhanerki (aka JJ) at reception: welcoming & cheery & informative. Curious - yet very convenient - location inside the central mall, then up the stairs to this very colourful hostel, quiet & spacious with comfy dorm, decent clean toilet facilities & ok kitchenette. The hotel is well located in the middle, with good big size rooms.

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks. Only point lift is between floors. No AC working. Wifi was slow on upper floors.

I really enjoyed this hôtel. Room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast very good too. It's very convenient, the offer an early check-in as we arrived very early at Shymkent Airport but you'll have to leave at the same hour the next day

I have spent two night here. My experience was good. Things were as expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was good enough. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market. Overall yes from my side.

Good hotel if you need a place for the night

The hotel is not bad. There are cars from the street to the Tashkent border gate, and the fare is 3,000 som per person.

Rooms are nice. Place is near to city centre. No restaurant at hotel. Please bear in bind that it’s a Halal hotel. Service is okay. Bit pricey considering the location and amenities.

Doster Inn Hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The rooms were impeccably clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. Nice place to stay for lone travelers. Despite the street view and location, hotel itself very pleasant, good value for its cost. Polite staff.

A comfortable stay. The receptionist checked us in immediately upon arrival, as our flight was delayed. The breakfast was good, the room was cozy and clean, with robes and towels provided. It was quiet and cozy. We truly had a relaxing stay. Thanks to the staff on December 20, 2025, for helping us resolve our taxi issue. I highly recommend it!

A friend and I stayed here. The room was excellent and clean, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was also fantastic for this type of hotel; I found everything I needed for my diet. Everything was clean and tidy, and very quiet. It was a bit far from the center, though.
