Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby. Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you

There's a sports club (football) outside. People were kicking a ball and yelling until 11 p.m. Sound is good. The hotel itself is clean and fairly new. The food is 5+. Overall, we were satisfied (one-night stay).
