The room is dirty, the corridors and rooms need repair, the price per day does not meet expectations. Also the rules of staying at the hotel are according to European rules, regardless of what time you checked in, they ask you to check out at 12 noon, although they did not familiarize you with the rules at the reception. Well, yes, they need to rip off money from a person faster. I do not recommend!!!!

Unfortunately, we will not come back here again. The rooms are tired and old. There was no hair dryer in the room, they said slippers were not allowed and a bottle of water was not allowed either. There was a large dark stain on the blanket, hair on the bed linen, it's good that they changed it right away when we reported it. But we didn't want to spend the night in this place. The breakfast was very poor. The guy handed out food and tea in open bags by hand. There was dust on the butter. They really didn't give us any jam for the pancakes. It was not cozy. There was no tea in the room either, as well as bottles of water. Very strange. The shower was dirty, the shower head was rusty. In general, we didn't even use the benefits of civilization and didn't rest.

We checked into the so-called luxury. Expensive, unjustifiably.
One important plus for me is the location. The hotel is right on the shore, you can see the lake.
In principle, the staff are responsive, kind in themselves.
The pluses have ended.
When you check in, they forget about you in the room, no cleaning, no trash removal, nothing. Probably in Borovoe this is the norm. The shower cabin is a separate hell, it is impossible to take a shower, the streams are rare, they pour anywhere, but not for their intended purpose, which makes the floor behind the shower wet. Breakfast is monotonous, porridge and exactly one piece of cheese and one piece of sausage, decide for yourself about the quality.
You just need to tune in and not expect something basic, maybe then it will be easier to relax, but it still surprises me, for that kind of money they give you nothing.
