Koktem Burabay Hotel in Borovoye

Stayed for 1 night. Room with 2 separate beds, the price is a bit overpriced, but it's good that for this price you get a quite pleasant interior, where you want to be. What is understood by those who visited Borovoe 7-10 years ago, when there was no talk at all about modern hotels and even for money you got a miserable interior from the 90s.
Pros:
- convenient location, center, market and main local store nearby
- spacious room, everything is new, clean
- polite staff
- excellent breakfast included, above average, good products, delicious pancakes, porridge, omelet
- hot water comes from the tap immediately and even too good a temperature)
- towels, slippers, robes - everything is provided
- well-groomed territory, there are gazebos and places for breakfast in the open air. I read that someone didn't like the parking in the yard - what can you do, this is Borovoe, with the influx of tourists there is a shortage of free territory)
In general, I got the impression that they care about the "face" of the hotel and their clients and accept guests not just to "make money". But the architecture and building materials of the owners let us down. More on that below.
Cons:
- 70% audibility, you can hear everyone - from above, below, from the side, until everyone has washed up and fallen asleep, there will be no peace. Young couples, do not choose this hotel) being an unwitting listener to someone's lovemaking is not a pleasure
- very small cramped bathroom
- nowhere to dry clothes after the beach without a balcony and nothing is adapted for this
- 5 floors without an elevator - older people staying with us did not like the idea of ​​going back and forth to the 4th floor
- thick synthetic blankets, unbearably hot under them
- from the rooms with windows facing the street you can hear all the surrounding area, which walks until three in the morning. Again, what can you do, this is Borovoe. But the real minus is that at 8:20 some kind of exhaust or pump turns on, and that's it, goodbye sleep.
Overall, the impressions of staying in this hotel are positive.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms.

The food deserves special praise! The breakfasts are hearty and tasty, but I also really liked everything we ordered from the menu.

I would like to separately note the cleanliness and adherence to sanitary standards: when we came to pick up our backpacks, they were quartzing the lobby; there are antiseptics everywhere.
