Hotel Kokshebel in Borovoye

Good hotel, nice price. But don't try steak

I didn't think that we have such customer-oriented hotels!

We rested from 3 to 5 September 2021. The company was large, 43 people. Some lived in rooms, some in houses.
The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, one-time shampoos and gels are delivered. There is a bathrobe and slippers.
The houses have a kettle, dishes, soap, toilet paper.
To any of our requests, we received an answer "yes" and a lightning-fast solution!
For example, we went to the mountains, asked for an ax, they found us and gave us an ax)
We didn’t have time for dinner, they asked to move it, moved it.
We took pickled kebabs with us, but our men did not want to fry for our crowd, they turned to the hotel pub, they fried us for a fee, they also set the table, brought sauces, lavash to the kebab, although this was not discussed.
In the evenings we sat in the gazebo, they brought us dishes from the restaurant.
If we didn’t like something, they listened to the reception and immediately corrected it. It costs a lot!
I really liked the food, the food is delicious! Some of the company didn’t like the meat. it was beef / lamb.

I recommend this hotel, you will definitely not leave here dissatisfied! Thanks to the manager for the approach, thanks to the team, Evgenia from the reception, my love!

Excellent. Clean rooms. Decent breakfasts. Not very populated. Its own beach is true for little money, or else how the left go. They give out bracelets but no one wears them. Well-groomed green area. Good with both children and a couple. I advise.

Good hotel. Courteous staff. Been here 6 years ago. The pool is open until 18:00, the opening hours could be increased. And so everything is fine!
