Del Mare in Kapchagay

It was good, only drawback is that construction was going on. (It will be done by summer)
Staff was really helpful, and they have beautiful pools indoor and outdoor

We were there recently for four days. Pros: We liked the hotel itself. Nice pools. Sauna. The rooms are clean. They clean them every day. Excellent.

Cons:
1. The music blares until midnight. Even though we called before booking to ask how long the music lasts, they said, "We're strict." By 10 PM, it's already quiet...

2. The breakfast is the same every day. Porridge with margarine, inedible. And for the main course, fried eggs with sausage. The coffee is always cold. They mess up the orders. And it's the same every day.

3. You can't bring anything into your room. I think this is crazy. I've been to many countries, and it's not prohibited anywhere. Basic stuff—a drink, snacks, etc. You have to buy everything from them. And their prices are outrageous. Obviously, you can't bring your own stuff to the cafe, but why bring it into your room? Legally, you could have challenged it and caused problems, but I was in a good mood, relaxing, and didn't want to deal with the hassle.

4. Prices. A VIP room costs 120,000 tenge per night. A 0.5-liter glass of beer (local) at the bar with service charge is 5,000 tenge.

5. Considering the cost of the stay, room service could have been an option. I was sick for two days without leaving my room. I didn't have the energy to go to the restaurant for a meal. I called and asked to order room service from their restaurant. I said I'd bring all the cutlery myself and everything would be fine. They refused. I asked for water, but they forgot.

Overall, I give the hotel itself 4 stars. Everything is beautifully done and well-made. The service definitely needs to be improved. It's understandable that you want to make as much money as possible during the season, but it's important to live up to the standard!

I want to say that Del Mare is a wonderful recreation area.
Today we attended an event welcoming China's Hunan Province.
This was my first time seeing the new restaurant; it's nautical-themed. Beautiful, cozy, and, of course, delicious. Excellent service.
Excellent organization of events of any type.
Both the restaurant and the hotel are great for a wedding. A walk along the shore of the Kapchagay Reservoir.

#DelMare built a new hotel building. And a restaurant for 140 seats (if banquet seating), a conference will fit more.
The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, the linen is snow-white. There are shampoo and brushes in the bathrooms.
Clean!
The bathhouse is a song! A large steam room with a font, the steam attendant steams with oils every 2 hours. There is a hammam and a salt room too.
A swimming pool with powerful water purification, heated to 29' in the morning there are classes for children.
Restaurant.
The menu is extensive, there is a dish for every taste and color.
They cook deliciously 🥰
Desserts are a song, especially the carrot cake.

As a recreation center, Del Mare is excellent!

We had dinner here twice, the value for money is excellent. What we enjoyed even more than the food was the outstanding service. Valera was by far the kindest and friendliest waiter we encountered in Kazakhstan. As a bonus, he speaks good English and is always there to help with questions regarding the Menu (or with a good joke ;))

Excellent hotel. Clean swimming pools. There is a playground and a swimming pool. Food at reasonable prices. They cook deliciously. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is a ready-made set of dishes: porridge, scrambled eggs with sausage and tomato, tea or instant coffee.
