The hotel no longer exists. All rooms are leased to commercial activities.

An old Soviet hotel 🛎. Nothing you can do about it. The rooms are just for sleeping, reception is on the second floor, some rooms are rented out to offices, like the Yuzhkaz Nedra office, and private bailiffs. There's a sofa 🛋 and a TV near reception. Soviet Union, in short.

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center... Squeaky beds, thin walls... The soundproofing is terrible... Hand towels and used soap are provided, though.

The best solution for an overnight stay!
Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍
4000 for a double room with toilet and sink.
5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower.
Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis).
Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes.

Happy summer weekend everyone! I'm not sure this hotel is Or. She is nearby. The staff is courteous, tactful, attentive. The rooms are clean, fresh air, clean bedding, everything for relaxation. The legendary hotel, the memory of my youth for centuries connected with it. The beautiful architecture is unspoiled, thanks to the owners for keeping this up. A little time will pass and all who rested there will return again.
