new hotel, opened in September. I liked the interior.
on the 1st floor there is a hostel and a cafe, on the second floor there are full rooms with their own bathroom. The cafe at the hotel has good coffee and cheesecakes, but the choice is extremely meager.
you can cook in the shared kitchen, all the necessary utensils are available. stable internet.
the room itself is small, 10 meters + bath, but cozy. comfortable bed, cotton linens and towels. There is air conditioning and some rooms have a safe.

In general, for this price ok, but there are also disadvantages.

poor ventilation, the rooms are damp and there is some strange smell.
in a double room, dripping from the ventilation onto the toilet, right on the back. moreover, it dripped quite heavily, judging by the reviews on the booking, traces and holes on the ceiling, the problem is not one day. the problem with the roof leak, judging by the yellow streaks on the ceiling, is in the entire hotel.
no soundproofing, cardboard walls. you can hear the neighbors, conversations, TV in their room perfectly.
low-quality windows, terribly audible cars, dogs, blowing.
it was cold in the room at -11, air conditioners in the hotel do not work for heating.
payment at the rate of dollar to som and the exchange rate here when paying is higher than in exchangers.
