I had a really pleasant experience at People Hostel. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or recommendations about the city.
The location is very convenient — close to the city center, cafes, shops, and public transport. The common areas are comfortable, perfect for relaxing and meeting other travelers. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly.

Best place to stay.. feels like home.. hosts are so friendly and supportive.. loved every bit of my stay here for a week

I had the loveliest stay here with a very accommodating staff who helped me with everything. I was able to wash my clothes here for a very reasonable price as well as buy handmade souvenirs. Even as a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. Everything was clean and I was able to use the cowering space also. Thank you!

Rooms and cleanliness excellent.
However, both nights we stayed someone arrived to our room much later than the allowed check in time without warning.
On the second night, we had locked our doors (since none of the doors for the rest if the hostel are locked and it is freely accessible from the street). At around 3 in the morning we were awoken by a member of staff knocking on our door and asking to be let in. We did not know who it was, so refused to open. They continued knocking multiple times until eventually they gave up and just went to find the key (which they could have done in the first place without waking us up!) They then had the audacity to tell us off for having locked the door, and actually drew the curtains from one of our beds.

Really nice hostel! Firstly, the staff members working here are lovely, they were a joy to talk to (and so where the other guests). The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable and they got enough bathrooms for everyone. The hostel also has a nice common area and well equipped kitchen. The area its located in is not too far from the city center and is vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants. Definitely check them out!

The staff were very helpful, they went out of their way more than once to make sure that our stay was successful even after we had left the hostel. The location is very good, there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The hostel itself is very clean, has more amenities than I have ever seen in a hostel (chill room with gaming setup and tv, space for reading, outdoor balcony, small gym area, full kitchen). The rooms are well set up, each bed has a curtain, small shelf and charging outlet, you are also provided with a locker for storing items. There is also working ac in the rooms! I have travelled all around Europe and I can honestly say this hostel is better than anything I have stayed at before, for a fraction of the price.

The hostel attendants are all handpicked. I saw a guy (I didn’t remember his name) and three girls, I also don’t remember the name of one, but the ones I remembered were Aiperi and Kasya. All the guys are friendly, customer-oriented, and courteous. They have that golden mean when you work with a client and don’t underplay or overplay. Everyone has excellent English. (I recommend that they add a salary or, at worst, give them a bonus))) I strongly recommend this boutique hostel for accommodation! People Hostel - everything for people! I liked the hostel very much The only litlle minus is the floor that is a litlle noisy when people walk on it, but it s ok Everything else it s perfect, a lot of things inside, thank you, the stuff was very kind! If i ll come back to Bishkek i will come again

The hostel is located almost in the city center, and at the same time close to nature. Polite staff will always help out. Everything looks new and clean. There are many places to relax, talk and work.

Everything was great! Perfect place for solo/group travelers. Receptionists are polite and friendly. There are comfortable beds, kitchen, chill room, cozy backyard in People hostel. You can meet guys from all over the world and make new friends. Really recommend this place ;)
