An unforgettable experience. I truly loved the people and the place — everything was amazing.
The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Mr. Mirlan, who shared beautiful stories about traditional Kyrgyz life and invited us to play traditional games, which made the experience very special.
Special thanks as well to Mr. Abaz for his kindness and constant support to visitors.
I will never forget all the staff, from the reception team to every worker there.
The food is amazing, the view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is full of warmth.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Supara Mountain Resort. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the large glass window with the mountain view made the experience even more special.
The food was also very good, and we really enjoyed it during our stay. In the evenings, they offer free workshops which made our time there even more enjoyable and unique.
The English-speaking receptionists were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made everything easy for us as guests.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future

We had a wonderful stay at Supara Chunkurchak Resort. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and fresh alpine air.
The rooms were clean, warm, and very comfortable, especially impressive during the cold weather. The traditional Kyrgyz design made the stay feel unique and authentic.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, especially Nourian at the reception and Abaz, restaurant manager. Service throughout the resort was excellent and well organized.
Overall, Supara Chunkurchak is an ideal place for relaxation, family trips, or a romantic escape.

Supara Chunkurchak was absolutely magical! Visiting from the Middle East, this was our first time experiencing snow, and it felt like stepping into a fairytale. The entire resort is surrounded by stunning white landscapes, with snow everywhere, creating the perfect winter atmosphere. The traditional yurts were cozy, warm, and uniquely designed, offering both comfort and charm. Waking up to the peaceful mountain views was unforgettable. We had a fantastic breakfast with fresh, local flavors that made the experience even better. The staff were kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. It’s the ideal place for families, couples, or anyone wanting a relaxing escape into nature. Truly a wonderful and memorable experience that we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommended! ❄️✨

We run away from Bishkek heat to the freshness of mountain air. The right location to escape from the city in summer time. Restaurant has a good service. I enjoyed delicious traditional cuisine and nature view

Amazing landscapes, natural and high quality food. Yurts are very comfortable. It’s a little bit difficult to get there.

Very good experience , good hotel and very attentive with their customers, the breakfast was amazing.

The landscape is unbelievably beautiful 🤩
The room was clean ,free bottle of water (only 1😅)and Kyrgyz sweets .
However service was super slow ,restaurant food wasn’t tasty at all ,small portions and way overpriced :)
In general the staff needs improve their hospitality skills and please overview your menu .

In general .. was very nice experience
The hotels is made as traditional kyrgyzstan tents in a modern style.. furniture and rooms toiletries was good .. location is so peaceful and beautiful... but as an Arab lady ..the breakfast was not nice at all ..

To make your life easy.. make sure you have the smallest bag to carry to your rooms .. help is limited
