Soluxe Hotel in Bishkek

I had a bad experience with this hotel. They had teenagers checked in all over the hotel and they were extremely loud and noisy. They kept slamming their doors and you can hear them from inside their rooms talking loudly and slamming their items. At 11 pm, while I was lying in bed relaxing going to sleep, I got a loud banging on my door. It was three teen girls and I couldn’t even understand what they wanted from me cause they didn’t speak English. On 8 am the next day, again I had banging on my door and a doorbell, when I opened the door, they were already running up the stairs. The staff explained the girls made a mistake but that really disturbed me from my sleep. I couldn’t relax at all. It was very uncomfortable. They clearly could not control the teens and I complained many times but they couldn’t do anything about it. No elevator. All kinds of noise from outside the hallways and other rooms can be heard. The breakfast was basic, nothing special.
