I was in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, from March 19th to 26th. I stayed at the excellent BON Hotel. From the moment I arrived and checked in, I felt cared for by the professionally trained and very polite staff. I am very grateful and appreciative of the receptionists: Nursultan, Marlen, Azhar, and Meerim. The hotel is new, built and opened in 2025. All the necessary comfortable conditions have been created. The rooms are decorated with taste and care for guests. Excellent comfortable beds, high-quality snow-white linens and pillows. Mineral water, tea, and coffee are provided. Well-thought-out lighting. An excellent bathroom with a shower is provided. A set of towels, a hairdryer, slippers, shampoos, and other amenities are provided. I enjoyed breakfast in the mornings. The restaurant offers a wide variety of buffet breakfasts, which are constantly updated. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. After 7:00 a.m., the restaurant is open and ready to welcome guests. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of cafes and bars, a Spar supermarket, a minimarket, and more. Bus stops are nearby. I thank the hotel management and staff for their care and willingness to help. I will definitely return to the hospitable city of Bishkek and your Bon Hotel. I will recommend you to my family and friends! I wish you prosperity!!!

Great hotel. I stayed here for my 7 days trip to bishkek. The interior is super new. Room is clean. The service is great. I had a really comfortable stay. Thank you lots! Highly recommend the place

The hotel is new. It just opened. Wonderful, very helpful staff. Clean. Good linens. Good beds. Delicious breakfasts. Freshly brewed coffee for breakfast!!! My wife and I really enjoyed it.

Overall, the hotel left an average impression. The location was okay. The breakfast was average, nothing special.
On the downside, the tap water was rusty, especially in the morning, which slightly spoiled the experience. I wish the management would address this issue, as both my husband and I developed rashes the next day.
Otherwise, the hotel is fine for a short trip if you're not expecting anything special.

The hotel is new and nice. The breakfasts are simply amazing. The staff is top-notch.

A new budget Hotel which has opened recently in Bishkek. The rooms are small but comfortable with basic amenities. The staff is very good, helpful and do speak English. The food is also good and well made. However the biggest problem was that the water supply in the washroom is not clean. It's muddy and from appears to be supplied from rusted pipeline. The staff wasn't able to rectify the problem even after a week.
