The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

The property is gorgeous and, despite some online comments, my room was spotless. The loyalty recognition made me feel incredibly welcomed. I don't know what happened to the hotel. But it's no longer a Hyatt. The rooms are renovated like a cheap hotel, the service at the front desk is definitely not up to international standards, the breakfast is half what it used to be, and the grounds are in disrepair. It's a shame about the place; it was once the best hotel in Central Asia.

Our preference was for a Queen bed, and although this was clearly stated, the rude person at reception tried to give us a separate bed. First, they said it came that way from the trip, and when they couldn't show us that, they practically forced us to use the large bed.

This was a great place to stay! It was newly built and really nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was really convenient that there was a restaurant at the location too. However, it was quite far from central Bishkek and took us about a 30 minute walk to reach anything.

Hello, hotel was okay, but I arrived late at midnight and they don’t have the service of concierge, no one helped me to bring my things up when I had stroller with baby and big luggage .
