Guest Houses in Baktuu-Dolonotu

I've been there with friends several times, it's very clean and comfortable, convenient location, I recommend it to everyone

We've been here twice with my family. It's a beautiful, clean, and cozy place. We plan to come back again.

Great hotel, great customer service

Salam is well located between the racetrack and the lake all close by

Everything is perfect! Comfortable! Delicious cuisine! Great view from the window! Very quiet and cozy !!! Polite staff! Excellent location. We will definitely come back! Thank you😘

Nice staff, clean rooms, delicious food. The lake is about 10 minutes walk. We were very satisfied. Thank you so much!! We will come again!

A wonderful guest house with cozy and comfortable rooms. A huge plus is the 5-minute walk to the excellent sandy beach. There's a summer kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish. There are rooms for larger families, which is also important if you're vacationing with children. The hotel also offers covered parking if you arrive by car. I highly recommend it!

A beautiful white building in an aristocratic style, with its own covered parking, more like an oasis!

This is a beautiful and comfortable guest house for a very reasonable price. The house provides free wi-fi, outside kitchen for those who like to enjoy cooking, washing machine on site, beach towels and mats as well as a short waling distance to the beach. There are small local restaurants offering European and local cuisine, and Cholpon Ata is a quick drive away for those who like to explore the...

The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, and small table. The bathroom and shower are either in the room or next to each other on the floor, depending on the room class.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, 5-minute walk to the beach, well-maintained grounds, quiet neighbors

Near to lake....clean room...charges nominal we paid 1500com for 1 day

The experience of a clean and clear hotel room is refreshing, peaceful, and relaxing, offering a sense of order and tranquility.

We have been here by the end of the season, I think this is a great place if you in general don’t have high expectations. Mind you that you are paying per bed in the room, so if you are staying alone in a two persons room, you will still pay the full price. The price is not high and it is fully understandable that you pay for the room. The rooms are not extremely clean, the beds are not super comfortable...

Best hotel to stay in cholpon ata(issyk-kul).

We stayed at this complex two years ago. The hostess was friendly and polite. It's a budget-friendly yet cozy complex, with greenery and shade everywhere. The cottages are compact. Most of the rooms need at least basic repairs, like the shower faucet and toilet button. It's a 500-meter walk to the beach. It's another 500 meters to the Ferris wheel. If the owner is reading, please send me his contact...

The room is convenient, has TV, sofa, fridge. It's also clean and there are restaurants nearby.

Not so good, but no so bad. This place is ok. It costs 1100 som's. You can trade and decrease price nearly to 800-900. 10 minutes from lake on foot

Very nice rooms and very affordable prices

This isn't a guesthouse, it's heaven on earth. Everything is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable: a garden, lawn, swings, gazebos, a pool. The rooms are very clean, which is probably everyone's top priority. The hosts are very kind, the staff is great, and the grounds are huge. We are delighted. Everything is beautifully planted, the blue spruce trees are beautiful, the roses are charming. The pool is...

We vacationed with my family at the end of August 2022. Everything was just perfect! Clean, cozy, delicious!!!! My parents and son were very happy!!! Again, cleanliness is a big focus for our family!!! The only downside is the road to the beach. While it's nice to walk, the road itself is very dirty and, in my opinion, it's still a bit far. But that's not the case with a guest house.

Super! Cozy place with natural wooden premises, respecting kyrgyz style! Would love to return back with my family

Super! Friendly staff, wifi, Pool and Short distance to the beach. And not expensive at all.

We were in Kyrgyzstan for the first time. We arrived late in the evening without booking in advance. Nargiza, the owner of the Eden resort, was very helpful, providing us with a comfortable room at a reasonable price. We ate only on the Eden property, and the food was delicious and varied. The lake is no more than a five-minute walk from the resort. Based on our experience at Lake Issyk-Kul, we recommend...

We stayed for 10 days at the Eden Guesthouse. The hosts and staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms matched the photos. The cuisine was delicious and varied. We could order a variety of food, and we were always happy to have a late breakfast or dinner. The grounds were beautiful and clean, with mountain views. A 5-minute walk to the beach. It was a quiet, family-friendly place. Thank you...

A very cozy place to relax! The hosts are welcoming and caring, always ready to help. The room has everything you need, including a refrigerator. I recommend booking the second floor in advance, otherwise the view from the balcony will be just a wall. However, the courtyard offers a stunning view of the mountains.

I never expected to be able to book a guesthouse remotely, based solely on reviews, and be so happy I found myself here, in Eden! We contacted the hostess via WhatsApp, made a reservation, and paid a deposit (it was all very simple and took just a few minutes). We shared a room for two families, four rooms: two for adults and two for children. The atmosphere was just as I'd always dreamed: on one...

I thank Nargiza (the hotel owner) for her hospitality. This is our second year staying at Eden. There are cafes nearby to suit all tastes and prices. The beach is nearby. This year, we stayed from July 9th to July 13th. The water was warm, and the weather was great. The rooms were clean. The toilet and shower were clean. You can use an iron if you wish. The water pressure is good, and there's hot and...

Near the beach, clean, cozy. Quiet, for families with children.

The rooms are not bad in general. Probably worth the money. But there are few shelves for small items, or rather none at all. And the sockets for charging the phone are installed very high.

Low price, very friendly staff. Very near to beach

Excellent trip all-round. The hotel is clean, central (2 minutes from the beach) and well-managed. Everyone was friendly and everything went smoothly. The room was newly furnished with a balcony, fridge, wardrobe and coffee table/stools & kettle. A+ for comfort & service. Will return 👍🎆

It is so beutiful and nice place Beutiful picnic point

Excellent guest house near the sea, very beautiful territory and everything is well maintained, breakfast is a bit weak, no fruits at all, not far from Golden Sands, excellent value for money

The room is compact, but has a balcony. Overall, it's cozy. The bed is a bit tight, I'm 175 cm tall - I fit in tightly, only one blanket, also small. Cleaning every 4 days, one key, you have to leave it. The shower head and hose are leaking, the sink faucet doesn't have an aerator. But there's a very beautiful orchard and a nice exterior. We took our own cherries (250 soms per kg), big and sweet. A...

They have very comfortable rooms with all the necessities, nice breakfasts, and a parking place. Our room had a view on the lake and mountains . The guest house is walking distance to the city beach. There is a market 1km away with a fairy every weekend with a big choice of fish (fresh, smoked, dried), delicious fruits and berries (cherries, strawberry, apricots), all sorts of mushrooms, mountain honey

Top Service. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly family. Perfect. We will com back.

Real basic accommodation, everything is real old but okay clean. No bad smells. Location is conveniently in the center close to the beautiful beach. Good price!

My experience at the Family Guest House in Cholpon Ata was a mix of positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable odor and was cramped in size. Additionally, despite the air conditioning, the room remained uncomfortably warm. The bathroom facilities, particularly the shower, left much to be desired in terms of comfort and cleanliness. While the room lacked various amenities and...

The location is perfect and around 5-10 min to center, the host and the staffs are outstanding, they do have attached and non attached bathroom rooms. Breakfast was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. They can arrange day trips, horse rides with reasonable prices as well

This place is typical countryside guest house with green garden, main house with the dining area inside and "summer" rooms called "budget" on Booking. We stayed in one of the 3 budget rooms with shared bathroom, but actually there are toilet and water inside each unit. Just real shower with hot water is outside. There are place to make a tea. The breakfast is fabulous, the best! You can easily walk...

This family run guesthouse is really good! Despite the initial difficulty in finding the place (no signs whatsoever), the rest of our stay was nice. The view of autumn leaves from our balcony was very beautiful. While it was fun talking with the parents (with limited English), their son was very helpful with translations of everything. They even gave us some contacts for our onwards trips. The plentiful...

Really friendly and comfortable guesthouse with a great breakfast.

Really cute and sweet guest house run by a family. The son speaks great English. Location is great as it’s located

Stayed here in the second week of February. The guys could speak English. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was served fresh. They also served us with fresh apples grown in their garden.

Amazing guesthouse! Owners are incredibly friendly and have helpful advice and contacts for activities in Cholpon Ata. Rooms are clean, come with mini fridge, tv, a/c and heat up can control. Guesthouse is located right next to a park leading to lake Issykul. You can get to the rest of the village very easily -- and owners are happy to help!

Zaton Guesthouse is very quiet, on the very edge of Cholpon-Ata. Parking was possible near the guesthouse. Next to Zaton is the entrance to a beautiful park near the lake. The main street with shops/restaurants is about a 15 minute walk away. We had a room (nr. 4) with a balcony (with bench). Neat clean room, twin beds, airco, with separate bathroom. Good Wi-Fi. Some English was spoken by a younger...

Great host and really comfortable and clean rooms.

Mixed impressions overall. The courtyard is cozy — it’s clear that the host, Dmitry, takes good care of it and puts in effort. However, the price seemed overpriced: we paid more when booking remotely than guests who arrived and booked on the spot. We recommend confirming the rate upon check-in. The rooms are simple and homey, with hot water, a refrigerator, and basic kitchenware. Overall, the cost...

We had a great stay! Dimitri was a friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. There was also a good parking facility, which was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cholpon-Ata!

This Hotel is very, very clean lodge where one can find a heavenly beautiful garden. The master is a man diligent and who has a special kindness! If I shall come again at Cholfon-Ata, I will come back to this house without any hesitation. Altissimo~

The Podsolnukhi Guesthouse boasts green, well-maintained grounds with trees, flowers, and shrubs, among which are pergolas adorned with climbing plants, benches, and swings. This verdant ambiance pleasantly sets Podsolnukhi apart from the crowd of neighboring guesthouses. The rooms are unassuming, but they are neat and cozy, and they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A table and chairs...

Absolutely assess the quality of housing is hardly possible, only in conjunction with its cost. Since I got here in a certain historical period, the hype for living in the resort village of Cholpon Ata was completely anomalous for this time of year. A direct consequence was inflated housing prices. People are making money. Nothing special. Two friends and I got the second floor of a small house, where...
