In general, you can live on your budget. Other minor problems: a rather noisy refrigerator, it's annoying at night, but at least it's there. When opened, the water groans like a mad cat. Towels can have a damp smell despite the uber washer and dryer. Incandescent light bulbs are still installed, dim. In the morning it can be hot to sleep even with the window open. And there is a road nearby and it's also a bit noisy. But at the same time, this road is central and there are many shops, cafes, etc. The beach is far away, of course, but not fatally. You can walk along the shopping street to the boarding house and through the park to the beach. You can walk past the WWII monument opposite the guest house through a creepy wasteland to the same park or turn left to the bourgeois hotels and their shopping streets and attractions.
