A wonderful guest house with cozy and comfortable rooms. A huge plus is the 5-minute walk to the excellent sandy beach. There's a summer kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish

Mind you that you are paying per bed in the room, so if you are staying alone in a two persons room, you will still pay the full price. The price is not high and it is fully understandable that you pay for the room

The rooms are not extremely clean, the beds are not super comfortable (make sure you are extremely tired then you would not care at all), the bathroom is old and it is stinky

We stayed at this complex two years ago. The hostess was friendly and polite. It's a budget-friendly yet cozy complex, with greenery and shade everywhere

Most of the rooms need at least basic repairs, like the shower faucet and toilet button. It's a 500-meter walk to the beach. It's another 500 meters to the Ferris wheel

The room is convenient, has TV, sofa, fridge. It's also clean and there are restaurants nearby.

In summary, my stay at the Family Guest House was marked by a less-than-ideal room experience, though it was offset by the warm hospitality of the owners and the substantial and delicious breakfast they provided

The location is perfect and around 5-10 min to center, the host and the staffs are outstanding, they do have attached and non attached bathroom rooms. Breakfast was amazing and the prices are very reasonable
