Not so good, but no so bad. This place is ok. It costs 1100 som's. You can trade and decrease price nearly to 800-900. 10 minutes from lake on foot

We stayed at this complex two years ago. The hostess was friendly and polite. It's a budget-friendly yet cozy complex, with greenery and shade everywhere. The cottages are compact. Most of the rooms need at least basic repairs, like the shower faucet and toilet button. It's a 500-meter walk to the beach. It's another 500 meters to the Ferris wheel. If the owner is reading, please send me his contact information; we might be back in July!

The room is convenient, has TV, sofa, fridge. It's also clean and there are restaurants nearby.
