Great host and service, good rooms. Wish it were on the southern side of Issyk-Kul.

The place is so-so, an acquired taste. 1. The bed is hard, which is a major drawback for me. 2. I stayed at the end of March, and the rooms were freezing! Even the two convector heaters didn't help. 3. Low ceilings. The location is a plus: shops, ATMs, a lake, and jogging trails are all nearby. But overall, it's a stretch for a third-star...

Don’t use Booking app. They will ask you to cancel. Or they will cancel you. There is bad wifi. But very cheap clean toilet. Oh don’t forget to buy a toilet paper!

Responsive and attentive owner, provides dishes and kitchen utensils, can take you where you need, if not far, there is wifi, the house is located 500 m from the lake, I recommend

A very nice place. Welcoming, benevolent and intelligent hosts. We are always ready to help. The prices are very, very reasonable. With a large number of guest houses nearby, it is Ak-Shoola that is in demand. Rooms for 2 and 3 persons, there is a kitchen for cooking, appropriate utensils. It is 10-15 minutes to the lake, there are many cafes, exchange offices, shops along the way. There are rides on the beach.
PCR tests are taken in Cholpon-Ata, but there are minibuses for 10 soms, the Hospital stop, it takes about 10 minutes to go.
Not so far away there are 2 supermarkets.
Also, if you wish, you can take a taxi for 150-250 soms, for example, to the Aurora boarding houses, the Kyrgyz seaside - there are excellent parks and beaches.
The fair is open on Saturday and Sunday.
We had a great time and relaxed.

Excellent guest house, very clean, close to Golden Sands beach, possibility to order food, quiet and cozy place to stay, large selection of rooms, free Wi-Fi, the ability to use the kitchen and cook your own food, the owners run a family business, cook food like at home , after the departure of the guests, the rooms are carefully cleaned, which surprised even the windows are washed! , there is parking for cars, barbecue, trestle bed in the yard, there is a kitchen and outdoor gazebos, there is also video surveillance of the area near the house.
