Apartments Atlantis Resort Issyk-Kul in Chong-Sary-Oy

The worst service ever. We have booked a 2 bedroom house for 3 days and made a prepayment. However, when we arrived, the house was not ready. It wasn't cleaned, and the beds were not changed. So we had to wait with children for 3 hours outside. Lucky that it was a sunny day, so we went to the beach. After an hour, the hotel administration told us that it was still not ready, as the cleaners couldn't complete in time. When we finally checked in, I saw that there were no bed linens, only one that was wet just after washing. A few hours later, they brought bed linens that were not fresh. They couldn't provide us with another one, so we decided to leave. When returning our payment, they were asking for some money, and they couldn't explain what for. The staff are rude, not client oriented. In general, I would not recommend this place. There are many other better hotels at Issyk-Kul, like raduga or karven.

When we arrived, the rooms were dirty. We asked for them to be cleaned. But we were told it wouldn't be possible in a hurry. Then we cleaned them ourselves. The comforter cover had stains even after we replaced it, the new comforter cover also had stains. We pay 220$ per night here, this is not normal. This place is filth.
