Rested in August 2022. The place is wonderful! On the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. Pinery. Silence. Lots of flowers, mostly roses. Meals for 4-: the menu is set daily, there is no choice of dishes. There needs to be someone at the front desk who can speak impeccable English. We tried to tell them that our Refrigerator didn’t work, and our tub leaked causing water to be on the floor. We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

The location of hotel is very good, near many places of interest and the most central street of Karakol where you have shops, ATMs... I had a room on the first floor (ground floor) which was divided into two: bedroom and larger "living room" with sofa and tv, furniture. The woman who owns this hotel is very kind and friendly. She was helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to walk places.

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.
