Very beautiful and clam place!!

We’ve stayed in room for 3 person. Even though it was booked for 2 only, next day after check in they wanted to add one more person in our room which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! How can you just add random people in someone’s room? Another complaint is about toilet smell. It was unbearable and we had to share it with another room, while booking I checked if it was shared bathroom or no, agent convinced...

great place for a vacation with family. In the evening, the view of the guesthouse is amazing. a lot of greenery, clean beach, ennobled territory. there are many medical treatments and food. the rooms are comfortable, spacious enough, the balcony offers a stunning view of the lake. awesome!

Beautiful sanatorium with Soviet era vibes in the main building. The area is well maintained and has plenty of trees. There are good trails for running, a pool, and a medical center on site. The doctor will examine your health and can schedule medical services for you. Old soviet ruin. But the lake was calm and beautiful. And the restaurant and its food were good.

Outdated resort with Soviet rooms, some are better but mainly needs to be repaired. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, old style 📺, uncomfy beds. Some rooms have living rooms and kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies with lake view. The territory is green, full of 🌲 and trees, jogging paths, tennis courts and pool.

This used to be one of the best resorts in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. Now it looks quite outdated, food leaves a lot to be desired and most of the rooms need to be renovated. However, its territory is huge and relatively well kept, there is a large swimming pool, a spa center and the Altyn Korpusu has refurbished rooms. If you choose to stay here, stay in the Altyn rooms. There needs to be someone at the front desk who can speak impeccable English. We tried to tell them that our Refrigerator didn’t work, and our tub leaked causing water to be on the floor. We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

It is a great place with a very green and nice territory. Lots of flowers and fur trees fuse in a smell that makes you feel happy. The resort has a playground for children, two swimming pools, several restaurants. A good choice for summer vacation.

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.
