Outdated resort with Soviet rooms, some are better but mainly needs to be repaired. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, old style 📺, uncomfy beds. Some rooms have living rooms and kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies with lake view. The territory is green, full of 🌲 and trees, jogging paths, tennis courts and pool.

This used to be one of the best resorts in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. Now it looks quite outdated, food leaves a lot to be desired and most of the rooms need to be renovated. However, its territory is huge and relatively well kept, there is a large swimming pool, a spa center and the Altyn Korpusu has refurbished rooms. If you choose to stay here, stay in the Altyn rooms. We’ve stayed in room for 3 person. Even though it was booked for 2 only, next day after check in they wanted to add one more person in our room which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! How can you just add random people in someone’s room? Another complaint is about toilet smell. great place for a vacation with family. In the evening, the view of the guesthouse is amazing. a lot of greenery, clean beach, ennobled territory. there are many medical treatments and food. the rooms are comfortable, spacious enough, the balcony offers a stunning view of the lake. awesome!

Good location to the lake. Not bad rooms, spacious. The room has a TV, mini-fridge, bath accessories. Meals must be paid separately. They cook delicious. The hotel is located on the territory of a large boarding house "Kyrgyzskoe seashore" therefore it is convenient for those who want to undergo procedures to improve the body. This is a mini hotel with different conditions in the rooms. We lived with our family in a “comfort” room, 1,300 soms for one person per night (5,200 soms for four). We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Few steps from Issykul lake. Room size, amenities and bed are fantastic. There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing. Location is ok if you are on wheels, otherwise it's not very convenient: it is on the border of town, shops and all are not very close. Overall good hotel. But some facilities (like shower cabin) were slightly broken and bathroom wasn't crystal-clean. Restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good.

A new and luxurious hotel on the southern shore of Issyk-Kul

I LOVE cats and they were all around! I found the cutest little baby cat and kept him as a pet! It was a very memorable place. And if you are allergic to cats then this might not be the place for you but I personally LOVED it!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It's not really hotel. But rooms are clean and week serviced. Employees are nice. Foods are good. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free. It's very close to the lake. The area is nice and quite.

Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.

We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time.

The renovations are good, fresh, and quite beautiful. The bathroom is small—the shower and toilet are not separated, even in the four-bed rooms, so everything gets wet. The landlady tries to cheat with the prices, constantly playing with the rooms, asking you to move. This is best hotel on Isyk Kul lake. Sauna is perfect (wooden) pool is so nice, there is a lot of therapeutist of you need them. Cottages are so cool to stay in them. Food is natural and good. Reception staff os helpfull and polite. Garden stake house in thks hotel serve best food on the lake, natural saslyk, rice, stakes. Who ever visot Isyk Kul region should stay in this hotel.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we've been in, and we look for cleanliness as a priority. Absolutely wonderful staff here. I was very lucky that several people spoke English because it is very rare where there are not so many English speaking tourists. Absolutely my to recommendation is to start and eat here. I didn't add room photos because the rooms look exactly like their pictures.
