OTHER COMMENTS: - Not enough sea seats on the beach (there were total of 10 only) - No lifeguard on the beach at any time - Indoor swimming pool: extra fees to use it + limited time (13:00 - 15:30) Food menu is not the best on all three meals (breakfast - launch - dinner) in other words (very humble menu and food with almost no vegetables or fruits) I will list more as soon as I remember

It's late July and our room is very hot, no A/C. Dinner was 900 som each and the plov was not good at all—don't order their meals. There is a pool but not included & you have to pay extra

Location is good, convenient, close to beach. Beach isn't bad and though it's a lot of gravel & rock it's not too painful to walk on. Flowers & fruit trees are nice. Sports areas might be good for those who want it

Sometimes there's loud disruptive people outside even late at night. Breakfast wasn't included and the rooms didn't have soap. Not quite "International standards" as advertized but a decent enough place to stay

When we questioned this action, they excused themselves with the idea that there are many guests and limited tables. We asked them to give us our own table for the next meal and they promised to do so

When talking to the managers they suggested to specify time for us and for them within the meals time. We refused and pointed that there were empty tables. Will update you if any thing new happen

However, there are areas where the hotel falls short. The Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely poor; it works only near the entrance door or inside the bathroom, which can be quite inconvenient

The cupboards are generous in size, providing ample space for clothing and belongings, and the room comfortably accommodates multiple pieces of luggage without feeling cramped

one can see all the plumbing hanging from the walls, a stuck toilet flush that I had to repair myself, a bathtub that is not well fixed to the ground, being a bit unstable, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Comfortable Stay with Some Notable Compromises Karagat is a pleasant hotel choice if you don’t mind compromising on a few important aspects

Only on the third day — when I was about to leave — did they finally give one. Hand towels were also missing until the last day

The electrical points near the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices conveniently. I informed the staff about this issue on the first day, but nothing was fixed during my entire stay

The private facilities are clean, high quality and the lake beach is incredible, especially for a night swim! The food is healthy and prepared with heart and soul. I would stay again and again without hesitation

The pool is quite small and the rooms did have a strong unpleasnt smell

Dolinnka hotel is amazing 👏 The staff are heart-warmingly beautiful and so friendly, and can speak some English

Beautiful garden space and comfortable rooms. The staff was so helpful with everything we needed, and the food was delicious

Everything in the bathhouse is comfortable and well thought out: the steam room is upholstered in wood, 2 shower stalls, a toilet, a plunge pool with cold water, a relaxation room, sheets, towels, and hats

One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds, a refrigerator, TV, soap, towels for everyone. It's a shame that there wasn't a closet to put things in, or at least hangers with hooks to hang things up

We did not prepare the food ourselves; we were fed by the chefs of this hotel. The food is all incredibly tasty, the portions are very large, the children did not eat everything, so later we ordered 3 servings for four

The driver Vladimir, who is also a tour guide, told everything very interestingly and took us to the waterfalls (4 thousand soms). The beach is sand with stones, quite dirty, the entrance to the water is rocky

On the beach they offer umbrellas for rent for 200 soms, they sell boiled corn and smoked fish. On this southern coast, most people vacation in cars, so there’s probably a lot of people swimming on boards

This wasn't my first time at a triathlon, but it was my first time in Kapriz. It's a beautiful place, and the park and beach area are amazing. Tsarik and his team did their best, as always.

But rooms are clean and week serviced. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free

I LOVE cats and they were all around! I found the cutest little baby cat and kept him as a pet! It was a very memorable place

And if you are allergic to cats then this might not be the place for you but I personally LOVED it!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

We booked spontaneously, and just one hour after booking, our apartment was ready to move into. The accommodation is fantastic. The view is magnificent, and the apartments and pool are in very good condition

I was lucky enough to be the first guest of this new hotel - and I am absolutely delighted! The room turned out to be spacious, cozy and warm, and from the bedroom window there is a stunning view of the lake - it’s simply impossible to tear yourself away

Brand new hotel with modern and stylish rooms. Stunning views from the room. There is rooftop terrace to chill and enjoy the lake and mountains view. Hidden gem in the south shore of the lake. Highly recommended it!

Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable and clean room, with a kitchen and everything you need. Amazing views! Below the lake, capsules are being built, the same rooms, only separate ones, overlooking the lake and marina

One of the highlights was the balcony where we could see the beautiful lake view. It made our stay even more relaxing and memorable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place

I especially liked the pier and pier: it’s so nice to walk there or just enjoy the silence. There is a restaurant downstairs overlooking the lake - a very atmospheric place

hotel is clean and only 15 min to ISSYK LUK, room is clean. breadfast and dinner are not good. swimming pool is not open until summer time

We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time

They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time

Service, staff, food and area was excellent. Furnitures inside the premises were little older. Overall is good.

The breakfast was amazing. There are Minor mistakes of cleaning but overall quality is great. I wanna choose them next year also

It's off-season, no one is staying here, the room is not as good as the Home Inn in China, the mattress is sunken

It is a great place with a very green and nice territory. Lots of flowers and fur trees fuse in a smell that makes you feel happy. The resort has a playground for children, two swimming pools, several restaurants

There are a lot of mosquitoes on the beach in the evening, you can also take some repellent. The beach is beautiful and clean. An animator works with children - not like in large hotels in Turkey, but still

There are some shortcomings, but a lot can be solved. The staff is friendly and tries to help with everything. There was no water or tea in the yurt - they brought it upon request

But they apparently don’t clean up after previous guests very well. What we inherited from them were flip flops, a prayer rug and grape seeds in a teapot - it was unpleasant

There is no Wi-Fi in the yurt, we had to sit on the territory to correspond. Tasty, but only what was prepared. There is no choice on the menu, there are no shops nearby

For additional food and drinks you need to go to Cholpon Aty, and a taxi to Issyk Kul is not a cheap pleasure. There are a lot of wasps - take some repellent with you

I caught 8 wasps a day in the yurt, a couple more - three were killed with a slipper, but in the morning they swarmed again right in the room

The linens and towels were spotless. We would like to thank the staff, who were very attentive, polite, and friendly

A nice boarding house in a beautiful, quiet location. The large grounds are shared by all the boarding houses. Birch trees, squirrels, and beauty. The room is nice and clean, with a kettle and refrigerator

We really enjoyed this place of stay. It's quiet and cozy, away from the bustling city center. The beach is a 7-8-minute walk away. The beach is clean, sandy, and free of rocks, both on the beach and on the seabed

Winter sport lovers may find everything here and have much fun. Cool race lines, good steep places. They have also ski rental place and stuff if you need ski, snowboard fix

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected

Breakfast is not continental, it is Kyrgyz national breakfast. There are no food options for celiacs, vegans or vegetarian. The hotel is a bit run down, it is not a 4 star hotel, capable 3

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place

There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine

Cafes, shops, entertainment, the Ferris wheel, and other attractions are nearby. Taxis, buses to Bishkek and Almaty, and excursions are just a stone's throw away. The food is good, but the prices are like in Almaty

Otherwise, we liked everything. Thank you, the hotel is really nice: towels, shampoo, and shower gel are included, and most importantly, it's clean and quiet

We stayed July 7th-9th (it was still chilly). Excellent hotel, quiet, clean, apparently recently renovated. Everything is as in the photos. Most importantly, the rooms are well soundproofed, except for the hallway

There's no view of the lake, but we had a second-floor view of the mountains. It's a shame their cafe wasn't open, but we know and love the "Fisherman's" cafe in Cholpon-Ata

We took the 4-bed suite with the big balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The bathroom was missing the towel bar, and the fan was dying

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Excellent breakfast and the garden and beach is so amazing

Excellent location with fresh and shallow beach. Adorable place for vacation with kids. Hotel offers as an option three meals which is absolutely great option for moms with children. Recommended.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

Pros: Well cleaned superior double room, bed comfortability was above average, bathroom was cleaned too, hotel is near to beach area, overall property was quiet, the ambience of premises was clean and well maintained with varieties of flowers

Andre was super friendly & knowledgeable providing great advice and going above and beyond helping us with arranging transport etc. The delicious breakfast was a bonus on top which we would look forward to each day

During our group stay, they invited a group of musicians to perform for us with native music instruments, it was such a charming evening. Our room was a little warm, thank goodness at night it cool off so we can sleep

The home cooking meals were tasty and seem authentic ( I would never know🤣). The hosts were very friendly and nice and we get to meet their kids too. They also have a nice garden with fresh and eatable fruits

I enjoyed another welcome stay at the Riverside. Excellent location and facilities, great big rooms, comfortable beds and big showers. Filling big breakfasts and a wonderful helpful host

Best place we stayed in Kyrgyzstan. Lovely house, the host is super helpful and speaks a bunch of languages, breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the rooms comfortable and clean

Hot and cold water is always available, and the TV and Wi-Fi work perfectly. The room includes bath towels, small towels, and tableware sets (forks, spoons, mugs, knives) for the number of guests

The grounds are small but cozy. The gazebo is excellent, with a large table, kettle, sink, barbecue, and cauldron (on the stove), and there's also a ping-pong table. Cooking in the gazebo is an additional fee

You can also borrow dishes from the receptionist. A microwave is also available (from the receptionist), but cooking in the kitchen requires a fee. By the way, there are no meals at the boarding house

The rooms are cleaned every 5 days, super thoroughly, including washing the bathroom walls and the front door! The staff is helpful and friendly. I'd come back again and recommend it to good people

There is parking and a playground. Cozy terraces with tables and chairs, and kettles on each floor (at the exits from the stairwells)

Speaking of the crowd, it's mostly families, so everything is quiet and peaceful (which is nice). We actually had great neighbors!

The room.was very nice, but I kept on waiting for 30 minutes and still didn't get my breakfast. So I had to search for a nother location . All in all, they have a nice pool, but its a bit far away from the center.

Rooms are clean with shower cabinet and fridge, towels but no fan or AC... staff are helpful and friendly. Food at the attached restaurant was really delicious

This is best hotel on Isyk Kul lake. Sauna is perfect (wooden) pool is so nice, there is a lot of therapeutist of you need them. Cottages are so cool to stay in them. Reception staff os helpfull and polite

The hotel is on the edge of Issyk-kul lake, with spectacular views and a private beach. The food is good and the rooms and the building are reminiscent of the Soviet times. Do not miss it!!

Awesome! If you travel to Kyrgyzstan, you must visit the Issyk Kul lake. And Aurora + is a great place to stop by. 5 stars!

unfortunately, they are somehow old, but if you are not looking for a brand new fields, it is ok to play in here. The beach is clean and you can find many interesting attractions near the place

Children oriented resort. There is everything for a good vacation. The location is the only disadvantage for me as it is a little bit far from the city.
