Good location to the lake. Not bad rooms, spacious. The room has a TV, mini-fridge, bath accessories. Meals must be paid separately. They cook delicious. The hotel is located on the territory of a large boarding house "Kyrgyzskoe seashore" therefore it is convenient for those who want to undergo procedures to improve the body. I would recommend this hotel. I will come back next year with pleasure!

Pros: located on the first line, the beach is clean, there are cafes nearby, prices are reasonable. The room has everything you need. Cons: they settled an hour later than the agreed time, as they allegedly cleaned the room. We arrived from far away so it was inconvenient to wait. They cook very tasty. Satisfying. The staff is friendly, welcoming. Can be fixed.... Add hand and foot towels. There is a problem with electricity, the "light" is periodically turned off and as a result there is no water, neither cold nor hot. We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

A beautiful, clean, calm, well-serviced resort that has amazing staff. It’s still being built. It’s suitable for everyone! Villas and duplex sizes are big! It only needs swatter on the windows so that mosquitoes and other insects don’t get into the room while sleeping. Other than that, it deserves 5 stars rating! It has a cafe that has good food and drinks. I wish them best of luck.

hotel is clean and only 15 min to ISSYK LUK, room is clean. breadfast and dinner are not good. swimming pool is not open until summer time

Service, staff, food and area was excellent. Furnitures inside the premises were little older. Overall is good.

It's off-season, no one is staying here, the room is not as good as the Home Inn in China, the mattress is sunken

Pros: clean, amazing view of the lake from the third floor and above. Clean, fresh rooms. Large playground for children. Cons: very small area, nowhere to walk. Cars drive around the area. The beach and shore are not bad, but with sharp stones at the entrance to the water. Only one cafe, no others nearby. There is no set menu, only from the menu. Half of the cafe was closed for the wedding, so there...

Nice hotel, three piers, swimming pool, good restaurant. There are rooms in a five-story building, and there are separate cottages. Beach with stones, entry is not very convenient, but further on there is sand. We liked.

The food in the restaurant is average. And the wiring in our cottage burned out. So the impressions are certainly not wow. But the area is neat, the piers are good.

It is a great place with a very green and nice territory. Lots of flowers and fur trees fuse in a smell that makes you feel happy. The resort has a playground for children, two swimming pools, several restaurants. A good choice for summer vacation.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

Great cozy apartment! Close to the beach, inside there is everything for a comfortable stay. There are many entertainments in Karven itself. We really enjoyed! Now we will come to rest in Karven only in this apartment 😍.

We rested with the Family in a cottage, clean, tidy, comfortable. But .. There is only one bathroom.

New hotel and building.. . Sweet... Service people very kind.. Little slow but OK... No TV in room.. Bed good.. Not perfectly clean, but compering clearness in town it is quite good..

This hotel is very new, and may have not yet worked out its kinks. It aims to be the style of a Japanese business hotel, but leaves a bit to the imagination. Particularly the service is not up to par, breakfast left a lot to be desired and wasn’t clear where to get clean bowls and plates. Also the room needs a humidifier , my bed and comforter had so much static electricity that it lit up sparks everywhere...

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with heating and toilet. No elevator, you have to carry your bags on stairs. Good Internet free WiFi. Food is good.

Nice idea but value for money leaves a lot to be desired. They need to work on promoting activities to their guests. Rooms were comfortable and food absolutely delicious and plentiful. Scenery is amazing.

The place is nice and somehow cozy. There is not much around. It includes dinner but be aware that only tea and water is available for drinking. Probably there are some better places around.

Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.

It is a 5-stars treatment for me and family. It is depending on which room you are paying. You get what I mean. Room, food, hospitality, I'm satisfy with the service. I love the view, the most. Serenity and surrounding is superb!
