Good location to the lake. Not bad rooms, spacious. The room has a TV, mini-fridge, bath accessories. Meals must be paid separately. They cook delicious. The hotel is located on the territory of a large boarding house "Kyrgyzskoe seashore" therefore it is convenient for those who want to undergo procedures to improve the body. I would recommend this hotel. I will come back next year with pleasure!

Beautiful place with vast park area, clean beach and comfortable rooms. It's a hidden gem, where you can truly rest and enjoy your summer vacation. Cards are accepted, which is convenient. When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time.

This is a mini hotel with different conditions in the rooms. We lived with our family in a “comfort” room, 1,300 soms for one person per night (5,200 soms for four). Few steps from Issykul lake. Room size, amenities and bed are fantastic. There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing. Location is ok if you are on wheels, otherwise it's not very convenient: it is on the border of town, shops and all are not very close. Overall good hotel. But some facilities (like shower cabin) were slightly broken and bathroom wasn't crystal-clean. Restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good.

Below the lake, capsules are being built, the same rooms, only separate ones, overlooking the lake and marina. Your own pier. I was part of a small group. My room was OK for size but had no AC. Instead, there was a poor evaporative cooler that didn't make much difference. In the end, I turned it off and opened the window. The rooms are nice and big with a sofa for a sitting place. The bathrooms are good and have a different shower area. Their services was which if anything was asked for. The provide 2 bottles of water free in the room. The breakfast is okay but have a spacious sitting area. The internet is poor and you cannot depend on it. There is a shop near buy to buy snacks and other essentials.

Relative new Yurts, comfortable space with attached bathrooms and come massage shower cubicle. The yurt is clean. It located next to Issyk Kul Lake, wonderful to enjoy the sunset, sunrise and Milky Way.

Rooms and location were great but the service was really not good from a concierge point of view. Barely spoke to us just pointed to the room and said room and the second interaction was "pay now". No discussing activities, not even the wifi password.

The workers were kind and friendly and the food was plentiful. The views were beautiful, especially at sunset and sunrise. You can see the sunrise from your windows! I loved sitting outside enjoying the view and reading my book.

Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.

The hotel is super new, the rooms are great and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. They also offer Laundry service. There is nothing much around the hotel but there is a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is a bit miniminal. We also had to pay extra for coffee with breakfast. Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort.
