Very disappointed with how much this place has changed. I'd give it a 2.5 stars simply because of the beautiful property and decent beds. Everything else is fairly dissapointing. Upon arriving you'll be told that there's a key in your door, you'll also find it wide open for all the insects in the world to walk right through. As for the meals, probably the biggest disappointment. Before, you were given an option between 2 choices for every meal, that's no longer an option. For breakfast, there used to be a table with varieties of meat, cheeses, cereal and compot. That's all gone now for whatever reason. The food that's given as part of the stay is pretty tasteless and conservative. 2 years ago I would of given this a 4 or a 5 if I wrote a review but the quality has substantially dropped.

Great place: spacious family cottages, landscaped area with playgrounds and a great beach. Ideal for families with children, because. the entrance to the sea is gentle and very far from deep. The hotel has an excellent restaurant with a super chef: all dishes are great.

Nice well-groomed territory with beautiful flowers and green lawns. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to please or help. Nice restaurant with not a rich menu, part of the positions on the foot, there was no lamb at all as such. Three meals a day is strangely formed, relatively good breakfast, lunches with delicious soups and a poor second course, for dinner in so small portions that a two-year-old son copes with a portion, older children and adults leave half-starved. The rooms need updating, especially the mattresses. For example, on the 4th day, the lock in the toilet jammed, I had to call the staff, as a result they broke the jamb to open the door. Some of the fixtures either do not work or are missing. In general, the impressions are good from the rest, we will return here with pleasure, especially if the rooms are renovated. Review about the room, not about a separate cottage.

The territory of the hotel is wonderful, large, beautifully groomed. The rooms have everything you need, including a chic terrace.
However, the hotel administration does not care about its image. We were spoiled by the whole holiday at the hotel, as literally on the eve of arrival they were informed that they could not check us in on the indicated dates, although we booked several weeks in advance on Booking.com. As a result, due to their mistake, the hotel provided us with a check-in for only one night instead of the planned two, which ruined an already small vacation, and even at an overpriced price. No apologies were forthcoming.

A wonderful boarding house, an oasis on the shore of Issyk Kul. I liked the service, the rooms and most importantly the food is very tasty. We think we will return to this place again.

accomidation was great, customer service and surronding garden amazing for pictures. My bads food was bland for inclusive deal with hotel and the beach was with some big rough rocks to enjoy. but swim out further and deeper water its ok.
