We stayed here during a world cycle tour. It is new, clean and in a quiet location. Near the beach and restaurants in the town. In a closed area so it was safe to park our bicycles. The staff are very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed our time here.

On the waterfront, very very quiet. Clean. Price slightly high but acceptable. If you take the egg-shaped bungalows consider that you have no warm water for your shower and no towels to dry yourself. Many good restaurants at reasonable prices in the range of a few hundreds meters.The lady at the reception speaks some German.

Wonderful boarding house. Attentive, caring staff. Excellent cooks, delicious food with beautiful presentation, smiling and responsive staff, quickly solving any problems, right down to preparing individual dishes. The most beautiful flower beds and flower gardens, potted flowers in vases and on each veranda cause special delight.

The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

Reasonable stay if you have tight budget. One thing that bothers me is breakfast. Hotel don’t provide early morning breakfast and the quality of food is lower than expected. I may not recommend this hotel if you can find other if any.

We really loved our stay here but the rooms did not have Wifi. So if we didn't buy sim card, we would end up cut from the entire world. It's a typical post Soviet place. There's a hotel inside the place and there is a cafe called Cafe de Gusto. Card is accepted there and they have good Shisha, shashlik and wine.

Very good location: lake is amazing, sandy beach and blue clean water. But the hotel has very poor service and comfort.

New and clean rooms. Toilets have showers and bidet. Access to the lake sandy beach along with a bridge over the lake.

We took the 4-bed suite with the big balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains. The bathroom was missing the towel bar, and the fan was dying. The beds were hard. The room was otherwise ok. Breakfast was decent and the grounds and the beach area were very nice. If I make it back to Cholpan Ata, I'd consider staying there again.

I am on 15 days tour to kyrgyzstan and last night stayed in this hotel and the location is so beautiful , don't feel like leaving this place. Rooms are very big n clean. Small, cozy, new. It's not a place for party animals, but rather those who prefer more intimate atmosphere. The shore is like a little bay area, and can get crowded during the hottest hours.

Beautiful sanatorium with Soviet era vibes in the main building. The area is well maintained and has plenty of trees. There are good trails for running, a pool, and a medical center on site. The doctor will examine your health and can schedule medical services for you. Outdated resort with Soviet rooms, some are better but mainly needs to be repaired. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, old style 📺, uncomfy beds. Some rooms have living rooms and kitchen. All rooms have access to balconies with lake view. The territory is green, full of 🌲 and trees, jogging paths, tennis courts and pool.

This used to be one of the best resorts in Soviet Kyrgyzstan. Now it looks quite outdated, food leaves a lot to be desired and most of the rooms need to be renovated. However, its territory is huge and relatively well kept, there is a large swimming pool, a spa center and the Altyn Korpusu has refurbished rooms. If you choose to stay here, stay in the Altyn rooms.
