Hosts are really friendly and nice. Amazing garden and great rooms with space and good views. Great to go to the lake and enjoy some resting days but little bit far away of the town.

Nice guest house with decent rooms. Very nice and attentive staff. Delicious homemade food to order. Beach is only a few minutes away. The center can be reached in about 15 minutes by taxi
Unfortunately very bad road to the guest house and the area not very nice
The house is pretty much right next to the lake and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The owners were helpful and even gave me the wifi password at 10pm
Very hospitable and caring staff. I would say not even the staff, but the family. Feeling as if visited at home with their parents. From here you can walk to the bus station, to the bazaar, to the city beach, etc

It is located 100m from the beach, but the house itself is not easy to find. There is a dining room in the basement, you can cook for yourself, there is all the dishes. At the end of the season prices are affordable
On the plus side, the beach is close, but with a rocky shore, but also a 5-minute walk to the local beach, as well as the open beach of the Lukomorye boarding house
In the rooms and on the balcony for 4 days of our stay, no one cleaned and did not offer to clean up, although we asked to sweep the glass fragments from the balcony (at least). Toilet paper was also not provided

Nice hostess, she gave me a pot of tea when she found out I have a cold. Apricot trees in back yard, small guest kitchen you can use. Rooms feel a bit cold and washrooms are outside. Hard to find at first.
Host very friendly and attentive. Guesthouse located not far from the open air museum.
Fantastic inexpensive hostel, I've loved the hospitality. We slept there two nights and it was great

They have an Instagram account. The last, you can easily walk to the guesthouse from the bus station or downtown, the location on Google maps is totally correct. Taxi in the town costs 150-200 to move around
This place is typical countryside guest house with green garden, main house with the dining area inside and "summer" rooms called "budget" on Booking
It's enjoyable relaxing place with nice people. You can visit Yacht club Kruis ( Kruiz) for the sunset, rent the boat for 6000 kgs or take a share cruise for 350 som or so, it's really nice experience
We stayed in one of the 3 budget rooms with shared bathroom, but actually there are toilet and water inside each unit. Just real shower with hot water is outside. There are place to make a tea
The breakfast is fabulous, the best!
