Гостевой дом "Светлана" in Cholpon-Ata

We booked a quadruple room as the description mentioned about a kitchen with kitchenware. When I entered the shared kitchen, there were no vessels that i could use for the stove top. I decided to go ahead and heat our food in the microwave, but it was not cleaned at all. We washed all the cutlery we wanted to use as it was for our daughter and you could see that the cutlery was just water washed. We raised it upto to the host about no vessels and to our surprise, he gave us frying pan which was so rusted. It killed all our mood to heat any of our food. We again whatsapped him and he did give us a new set but informed that there is no cooking allowed which is completely opposite of what the description says. We also had to raise it up that the water kettle was so dirty and filthy that we drank cold water that evening. The host was quick in responding but a kitchen so unclean is not acceptable especially when travelling with kids.rooms are clean and as per the pictures.
