After a couple of hiccups, we were absolutely thrilled with the room, location and the experience here. The girl at the desk Kristina was super helpful and kind. It’s in the heart of the city, room had beautiful aged wood and was a great combination of vintage old and modern (bathroom and some details).

The hotel is an old building, the lobby is charming. The rooms are very old - partially refurbished. This did not spoil the experience for us personally, because the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay there - the bedding is fresh and clean and the bed is fine. The breakfast is decent. Good value for money.

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

The place was nice snd clean. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. What we liked the most was the massages at the hotel SPA.l, which were very relaxing and we slept like babies after them. Definitely try the SPA in this hotel

The hotel was clean and tidy and great value. Breakfast was adequate but not a lot for f choice. The negative was that we were sat in the bar at 8pm and they just switched the lights out and said they were closing despite the fact it said it closed at 10pm. The room was clean, but the furniture felt a bit old, and the carpet was worn out in some spots. The service was okay, but could’ve been a bit better. Overall, decent stay but there’s room for improvement.

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

It was a clean, organized and quiet hotel behind a McDonalds on the main street. Location is in the city center. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator so you have to carry it up some steps. I would of liked to see a higher water temperature in the shower. Other than that is was good.

I really loved the view! I have never been to the port before so watching ships arrive and dock was really fascinating. Overall great location. Clean and specious room. The only cons were you could hear your neighbors. There is no water, coffee or teapot in the room I wish there was something basic you could just have in the room.

We stayed for one night, but we have no complaints. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect — there’s a lake just 3 minutes away. Right there is also the main park with musical fountains. The service was quick, so really nothing to complain about. The hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but the rooms are quite small. As it’s located right by the main street, traffic noise can be quite noticeable, especially at night. The biggest drawback was the lack of parking spaces — we often had to park further away, which was inconvenient when travelling with family.

I really loved the experience here. The reception wasn’t working when I arrived as it was midnight, but when I called the number provided, they picked up right away and helped me with everything. Very clean rooms, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the location is ideal next to many restaurants and shops. I would gave it 5 stars but because I noticed 3 issues at the room: 1. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. The rooms were not quite, you can hear everything in the other rooms, which makes it a problem if you are a light sleeper...

Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school. Best thing in Oro Dubingiai is big territory and beautiful lake. There lot of place for grill, silence and because of big territory it feel like there are not so lot people.

There is a pool and spa facilities, lots of outdoor activities - tennis court, football, basketball, bike hire. There are also lots of hammocks around the property tied to old pine trees. A lot of activities to try. The lake is near and the food is great. The courts when wet are actually super slippery, and also smudges the clothes with red. Other than that it's ok.

Ok for the price I guess. Breakfast was not so good, especially for the price of 14€. Rooms are very basic. In the winter some rug for shoes would be great or a shoe rack. Also, really weird bedsheets which do not breathe, and you get sweaty through the night. Probably will not stay again

I'm from Ukraine, and this night I had to spend in this hotel, but instead I was stuck on UA-PL border during 16 hours and as a result I was forced to spend night in the bus. But the hotel gave us a chance to take a shower and left for us breakfast. Now I can feel myself a human again. So thank you so much for this!

Hotel itself is relatively new, rooms are clean and comfy, stuff friendly and professional with good English😊 The only and tiny thing to adjust is having at least some snacks to buy in a hotel bar in case of late evening hungry guests😂 See you next time. Such an amazing place! The service was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was amazing. They serve breakfast and then you can go to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. It’s right on the water and walkable to pretty much everything. Bike path right off the place! We are definitely coming back there next time!

For these prices I had higher expectations: rooms are small and dark with limited facilities. From the positive side, the place is newly renovated with nice interior and good location.

The facility looks renovated recently... But insects need be taken charge of... Dead specimens litter window sills across the property, and more so in the restaurant room. Some lively ones, like a large bristle tail, leap out of lounging chair bunks, in the room. The coffee should be taken some more care of. Rooms are clean and decent, as of this writing (27.06.2022), but coming in and not finding...

Great hotel in a very good place, friendly staff, all the essentials have been provided. However, the sound isolation is poor, I could hear my neighbour snoring.

Overcrowded & Poor Service Hotel was overcrowded and not relaxing. Breakfast was basic and badly organised — long coffee queues in the buffet area which didn’t let people obtain their breakfast, so poorly placed.. Beds were hard and very low. Restaurant was booked out and bar staff weren’t attentive — if you sat outside for just a drink, you had to order at the bar yourself. Disappointing overall.

Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it.
