After a couple of hiccups, we were absolutely thrilled with the room, location and the experience here. The girl at the desk Kristina was super helpful and kind. It’s in the heart of the city, room had beautiful aged wood and was a great combination of vintage old and modern (bathroom and some details).

The hotel is an old building, the lobby is charming. The rooms are very old - partially refurbished. This did not spoil the experience for us personally, because the location is great and the rooms are spacious. We enjoyed our stay there - the bedding is fresh and clean and the bed is fine. The breakfast is decent. Good value for money.

Conveniently close to the pedestrian street and the city center. Nukkavieru. Upon arrival, Wünderbaum was forgotten in the room, which was suspicious. Fortunately, the room had its own balcony. Breakfast was basic. Parking was only found with a navigator and even then by searching.

The hotel is really old, the room was clean but the breakfast is a total disaster, very limited sweet options and poor quality

I stayed here for a couple of nights, it was clean, the reception staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was efficient, a buffet with cooked eggs/pancakes if one wanted and a mimosa if one wanted. The room and bathroom were well sized. I was very comfortable.

It was a nice stay. The hotel is close to the old town, railway and bus stations. The room itself was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast there, but brought some pizza from a nice restaurant. I highly recommend it.

The property was okay and mostly clean. But the shower drain seems to be clogged because the water stayed in the shower for a long time. Except for the cleaning staff, we did not see any other staff. Thus we cannot judge any staff.

Great place to stay, 5 minutes from the train and coach station and 5 minutes from the old town. Its more like a hotel than a hostel as my en suite room was great. Communication from the staff was great and even though they are not there 24/7, its easy to contact them. Will 100% stay here again

The problem was there was no one at the front desk to contact. I idi not receive sms messages on my phone and had to rely on strangers to phone for check in information.

It was a clean, organized and quiet hotel behind a McDonalds on the main street. Location is in the city center. If you have heavy luggage there is no elevator so you have to carry it up some steps. I would of liked to see a higher water temperature in the shower. Other than that is was good.

Clean and neat hotel. The location is its main advantage. The staff is helpful. Good breakfast and overall feeling when staying is also good. I’d recommend to stay there.

I really loved the view! I have never been to the port before so watching ships arrive and dock was really fascinating. Overall great location. Clean and specious room. The only cons were you could hear your neighbors. There is no water, coffee or teapot in the room I wish there was something basic you could just have in the room.

From my point of view that's the best hotel in Klaipeda if you come to work or just 1-2 days stop in your trip. It's really cheap, clean with nice breakfast and if you want you can have a couple of drinks at the bar.

For a hotel in 2026, I think it is unacceptable to have zero accessible socket in the room. The room comes with a mini fridge that is disconnected (understandable) but there is absolutely nowhere to plug it. There is only 1 plug that I could use to charge my phone and it was in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was ok. The hotel was very clean with a good location.

The hotel service was excellent, especially the staff at breakfast. The transportation was also good. However, we chose a small double room and didn't realize how tiny the bathroom was; we kept bumping into things while showering.

We stayed for one night, but we have no complaints. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect — there’s a lake just 3 minutes away. Right there is also the main park with musical fountains. The service was quick, so really nothing to complain about. The hotel has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, but the rooms are quite small. As it’s located right by the main street, traffic noise can be quite noticeable, especially at night. The biggest drawback was the lack of parking spaces — we often had to park further away, which was inconvenient when travelling with family.

Very nice and helpful staff, good food and breakfast! Also enjoyed hot baths in the room. Near supermarket, 5 min away from Baulingerie (recommend) and 10 min from city centre. Slept well, beds are comfortable.

I really loved the experience here. The reception wasn’t working when I arrived as it was midnight, but when I called the number provided, they picked up right away and helped me with everything. Very clean rooms, the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the location is ideal next to many restaurants and shops. I would gave it 5 stars but because I noticed 3 issues at the room: 1. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. The rooms were not quite, you can hear everything in the other rooms, which makes it a problem if you are a light sleeper...

Apart from the location which is not central- it’s a great place to stay. Located in a modern complex with a tennis  club /school. It offers a modern style design and decoration alongside a young atmosphere in the bar and a very competitive buffet breakfast. If you have a car or don’t mind to take a uber or bolt then you’ll find the stay in this hotel very pleasant. The stuff are excellent as well

Hotel perfectly located at Nida/Neringa Exclusive Nature Resort. The nature in this resort it is absolutely unique, beautiful, rejuvenating and romantic. Amazing service and breakfast! Great location and clean rooms. The only inconvenient part was the shower, as it was slippery and the shower head had only 1 mode and was not comfortable to shower under. Other than that, definitely recommed!

Hotel at Exclusive Nature Resort būt Free WiFi needs to improve.

Ok for the price I guess. Breakfast was not so good, especially for the price of 14€. Rooms are very basic. In the winter some rug for shoes would be great or a shoe rack. Also, really weird bedsheets which do not breathe, and you get sweaty through the night. Probably will not stay again

I want to say huge THANK YOU to this hotel. I'm from Ukraine, and this night I had to spend in this hotel, but instead I was stuck on UA-PL border during 16 hours and as a result I was forced to spend night in the bus. But the hotel gave us a chance to take a shower and left for us breakfast. Now I can feel myself a human again. So thank you so much for this!

I had a really good night of sleep. Very comfy bed, no noise coming from the outside, shower is very hot and consistent, that's how I like it. Cleanliness could improve in the shower but overall ok. Service at a front desk could improve with the receptionist saying: Hi, can I help? Instead of completelly ignoring and making you feel you are disturbing them. Good but simple budget hotel. Ok for basic night but don't wait anything amazing

Good one/two night stand hotel, can't say anything bad about it besides beds we got. Tasty breakfast with lots of stuff to choose. I ate eggs and salted porridge to which I added some jam, was very delicious! But! Beds, exactly matresses were WAY too soft, I mean super soft. I don't think it's healthy to sleep on such matresses for your spine for many days, but it was okay for one night.

It was ok for 1 night. Bathroom not sealed properly, so you can get smells from other bathrooms if you know what I mean. Breakfast was mediocre. Price a little high for the services offered.

Adequate utilitarian old contractor hotel. Breakfast was ok. Kettles can be requested but you need to get hold of a mug before the bar/restaurant closes. Not as noisy as expected from the close location to the port and dual carriageway.
