It was OK. The rooms were clean, and that is what is important. Towels changed daily. The staff were almost invisible. Unfortunately, in the mornings, it was difficult to get a hold of a receptionist. Breakfast was good, not great. Great location and price for the rooms. Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it. I would still recommend this hotel for short stays. Can’t comment on other services

Stayed for 2 nights as a base to go over to the beautiful Curonian Spit. Great location - 5 mins walk to the old ferry wharf. Friendly helpful staff. Nice view out to the water from my room and restaurant. Simple but tasty breakfast. Good value.

All was very good, but it's very strange that the entrance is wheelchair accessible, there is a lift for the disabled - but between the entrance and the lift there is a flight of stairs (approx. 10 steps)

Room was clean and the service is good at the hotel they have a breakfast in the hotel. If you’d like there is a hotel restaurant the staff are kind and good a little bit of language barrier but they try their best to give good service.

I went to take a shower, opened the faucet, a plug jumped off it, the water burst out of the shower and my hair got wet, floot got wet, and couldn't use the handheld showerhead because the plug was broken like said before. You can hear everything from other rooms, even from downstairs. But on a good note, the rooms are big and some of them have two floors.

Place is perfect for the money we paid. The beds where comfy and cosy, sheets where clean and smelled good. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, as a fitness person I was amazed by the amount of protein on the table. This hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town. It is a small boutique hotel located on the main road into town but with double glazing and sound insulation traffic noise is not an issue. Reception is down half a flight of stairs as is the breakfast room. The building seems to be about 4 storeys tall and does not have an elevator. Plentiful free parking is available next door...

For being a three-star hotel, Dange Hotel is really fantastic. We had a family room on the first floor with a sofa-bed, which actually had two separate rooms, very convenient if you're travelling with kids. The room seemed to have been renovated recently and it has a very modern decor throughout. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were provided. The administrator Kristina is amazing. She showed us everything, explained everything. We traveled all over Europe, but we never had such service anywhere, even in a 5-star hotel. The SPA is amazing! Private. Parking on the streets is free on non-working days!

We enjoyed a short week at the Old Mill Hotel, or better the Comfort Inn across the road. The attic room was spacious and cosy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast diverse and yummy. Only make sure to read the timetable for the old school harbour bridge to avoid being trapped on the island for 15 min.

When we went to this place, my colleagues said that once they found this place, they would never eat anywhere else - only here. Such an amazing place! The service was great, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was amazing. They serve breakfast and then you can go to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. It’s right on the water and walkable to pretty much everything. Bike path right off the place! We are definitely coming back there next time!

Some lively ones, like a large bristle tail, leap out of lounging chair bunks, in the room. The coffee should be taken some more care of. Overcrowded & Poor Service Hotel was overcrowded and not relaxing. Breakfast was basic and badly organised — long coffee queues in the buffet area which didn’t let people obtain their breakfast, so poorly placed.. Beds were hard and very low. Restaurant was booked out and bar staff weren’t attentive — if you sat outside for just a drink, you had to order at the bar yourself. Disappointing overall.
