Clean. Really inexpensive. Quiet. The bed made me smile. I've never seen a bed with a power outlet 😁. We joked that you can charge while you sleep 🤣

The room has a small refrigerator and a TV. A shower and toilet are also in the room. You can cook your own food, but it will take a while, as the stove is single-burner. There's a kettle and a microwave. It's fine for a couple of days, but beyond that, you'll have to figure out what to do.

It was interesting, enjoyable and delicious, all about growing and using sea buckthorn. We tasted and could buy.

The main thing is a good location, the room is small but it was fine for me, the beds are comfortable, the shower is good, the breakfast is very good.

I had lunch here. Fabulous view! Food is 'as everywhere' - simple combinations, but well prepared. Next to the building they have a playground for kids, which looks fun. Great area for a beautiful, relaxing walk.

Terrace is facing the lake and menu has quite a variety. Portions are big and prices affordable. And food was tasty! Definetely will come back

We have had three times dinner there. The meals where ok. Service is good.

Good place. Food was OK, but the potato pancakes was without salt, not tasty. Other dishes good. Need some extra source, because to dry. The best thing is the price. Dish is around 8 eur.

We visited the flower festival. The territory includes different sorts of museums with lots of items, unfortunately many of them lack the information plates, the same about the birds. The sculptures in the garden are a bit weird. Nice atmosphere with the background music in the whole garden.

The Great Lanterns of China festival - interesting and really worth a visit! However, it was overcrowded in one of the last days.

Not really a 4 star hotel, no more than 3 stars. Food quality is OK, nothing special. Prices in restaurant are too high in my opinion based on other restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very basic, usually sausages, pasta, omlet or pancakes.

Good, silent place near the main street in Palanga. Simple, but generous breakfast. Not too elaborate, but affordable lunch. Restaurant could accept payment cards though. Service is approachable they can stick to your schedule if you're with kids, which is important due to naps etc.

The hotel is located in a very central place, walking distance from the cathedral and the olds city. Rooms are large enough, but with steep stairs. Room #8 is highly not recommened, as the toilet is very inconvenient to use.

Nice budget hotel, room was clean more or less except an old rug that is part of history... It is impossible to clean it. Room itself is nice, cool and calm. Breakfast was minor but it's a breakfast I do not eat much so it was ok. Coffie is good. Internet connection was slow but more or less stable. Value for money - great.

Like 200 m from the central cathedral. Cosy place. Visible wear and tear on the sofa. Didn't realize the Hotel had a separate WI-FI from the restaurant until day 2 with the password written on the entry card cover. Customizable heating available in rooms. Flat screen TV with channels in most popular languages. Breakfast leads much to be desired. Otherwise a great experience. Highly recommend.

It's a very dynamic place, never know what to expect as service and overall quality varies from visit to visit. Sometimes they would offer an exceptional service in every aspect as well as excellent food quality and there are times when you may spend about 40 minutes waiting for a pint and receive cold food with it. But when it's good, it's absolutely worth it.

Yes, hotel is nice, but needs some reconstruction, but right after that they need some privat security and also surveilance system, its a good location and nice place, but if they want a stars they need some help, if the owner is reading im ready to assist u with reconstruction and security

I ate chicken and it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't say it was something special. On the other hand side dishes were just fantastic, especially grilled and oven baked vegetables. Be cautious: banquets might take place on weekends, so expect slow service (we waited 1,5 hours to get our orders). Service is quite good, though.

Clean and well equipped room, beautiful building. What really blew us away was the service, our flight was delayed and we arrived past one am. Not only was this late check in fine, but the woman on the desk had kept an eye on our flight to ensure she didn't miss us. Excellent mattress too, we slept like logs.

I travel a lot and this is the top budget hotel I have been at. Very spacious, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, sufficient balcony, large bathroom, excellent shower, good quality towels, incredibly comfortable bed, small workspace, free wifi, multiple mirrors, hanging space, coat space, fan, large windows, bedside lights... One of a kind, unusual, and historic. Very welcoming hotel staff and fascinating, charming grounds. There are numerous things to show children-- rabbits, old cars, etc. And the breakfasts were awesome! The nearby town is nondescript but the location was good forvisiting the Hill of the Crosses, Bauska Castle, and Rundales. Would stay here again.

What a fantastic magical place! Wow. We enjoyed the eccentric atmosphere, the singing parrot, the huge flower garden featuring A midsummer night dream, the antique cars, farm tools and furniture and the local made drink. Not the least a beautiful dinner - also topped with edible flowers. We do recommend to take the time to visit. Unforgettable!

Amazing! The entire stay was absolutely amazing - hospitality, gardens, entertainment, food, castle and the rest of the property were excellent. There’s something beautiful or interesting at every step and attention to detail is exceptional. Highly recommend staying in the main castle because that way you’ll get to wonder around the beautiful gardens after all visitors leave. Five stars!

Good location near a shopping centre and within 15 minutes walk to the main streets. Difficult to find the right apartment block initially but nice apartment with lots of space for two people, plenty of kitchen equipment provided plus amenities such as extra towels, extra bedding etc.

I saw the review photos of the hotel, it wasn't that good looking, but when i actually entered the hotel it was more decent than what was shown in the photos. This is a neat camping place. A great beach with activities right next to it. Clean toilets and showers. Spacy pitches. All is good! The negative points still are: only one shower per gender, only one sink and stove in the kitchen and gates locked between 22-07 meaning no entrance or leaving during night time as the reception is closed.

Good prices and everything you need is there - little kitchen with seatings, shower, wc, paid washing machine. The campsite isn't very big, so it might be quite full. At night you hear nearby traffic. At the same property is a small bar where prices are bit too high, but you can eat and drink there.
