Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best. 😃 The staff is extremely friendly

The food was meager, and in 10 days, everything had gone through the same thing for the third time. there are no Russian TV channels, although the ads advertise their availability

Low-slung furniture is contraindicated for people who have had joint replacement surgery, but such furniture is available in all the sanatorium hallways

The location is poor—soft drinks in the center are overpriced, and the nearest store is 1 km away. Who gave this center 4 stars? A weak 3

Everything was great. Good place to come with family. Very good chose of food for buffet breakfast, everything is tasty. Stone massage was wonderful and relaxing. Kid liked swimming pool and sauna a lot.

UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well

in this difficult period it is not easy for anyone, neither for guests nor for the host. But despite everything I can see and appreciate the effort to give always different and good dishes even in this meal

Easy short walk from the best Shawarma restaurant and the shop is within touching distance of the main entrance but can be hard to find after the 14th can of Ŝvyturys

Swedish breakfast is fine and a good espresso you taste with a friend gives an opportunity for discussion or simply reminiscences. Above all you meet a very friendly staff which cares about all your wishes

Not far from the center of Palanga (Catholic Church and Vytautas street). Very fine, nice and good for the older tourists because of the elevator and outdoor parking (which is included in the payment)

Nice hotel, decent rooms (I was in a Suite) good Breakfast. The beach is 20 minutes, Parking in the yard . The staff are friendly. I liked everything, fully satisfied .

Just you don’t have to worry about it (think about the situation that it’s about the city center). You are surprised that Spa has included into the payment

Conveniently located for airport access with a bus stop right next to the hotel. The breakfast was good. However, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom of the room, and the towels were worn out.

A great hotel located conveniently near the Gate of Dawn, quiet location, friendly staff who helped us a lot and a nice breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if we go to Vilnius ☺️

The room on the 1st floor smelled of sewage when I turned on the water in the shower (I turned on the water, closed the bathroom door and waited a few minutes, otherwise you can breathe in hydrogen sulfide)

We’ve got the biggest room with balcony. The room is very beautiful and well equipped. Everything went smoothly perfect. The hotel located in the perfect spot nearby gate of dawn and also the market.

The choice for breakfast is sufficient, the coffee is delicious, everything is clean, tidy, the room has a kettle, tea bags, instant coffee and cream; there is a refrigerator, air conditioning

The tap water is really tasty, you can drink it raw. Near the train station and the bus stop from the airport

Really amazing place to stay for holiday's. Amazing terrace to spend time with family in afternoon by the table.

Overall location is great, the only negatives are that due to the age of the hotel rooms are not as clean as one can expect (but not too dirty either), food was decent (swedish breakfast) but I’d say that not all people will enjoy it

Hotel staff are great, friendly and speak many languages. 5th floor has no lift access which meant I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs - not what I wanted at 2am after a long day of travelling

Business lunch was very reasonably priced. The service was excellent! The food is tasty, especially the desserts are very original as well as good taste! Highly recommended to go by after the visit to the monastery

If you have never been here, a tour of the monastery can be combined

Hotel located near the old town. Room was spacious with additional living room. Breakfast was delicious and were brought to us into the room due to covid situation. Staff were either too busy or not too responsive

There is Parking (5€ per night). Close to old town, there are grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms themselves are of course very good. Traveled with a small child so the hotel kindly offered a baby cot

You can borrow electric scooters for free, which is a nice bonus! 🛴 Paid parking is inexpensive (€6 per day), and breakfast was tasty, especially with the option to make your own waffles

From our room, we had a beautiful view of the Curonian Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The room could use a little refresh, but it had everything we needed — even a small welcome snack

Receptionist said that they will bring it to us but after 50 minutes, receptionist called back and asked politely to go and bring cutlery ourselves as they were too busy

We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance

I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu

We enjoyed a short week at the Old Mill Hotel, or better the Comfort Inn across the road. The attic room was spacious and cosy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast diverse and yummy

Location was the best! Rooms are newly renovated. However, keep in mind, that the hotel doesn’t have parking and all parking lots around hotel are in red zone- 1

Go and relax there? Yes! Peaceful, great place to have quiet weekend away or any time. Could be more friendly, could advise a bit more, seams like girls just care about them long nails not the customer service

We didn’t feel neglected but it is a bit of an adjustment if you aren’t prepared for no one on site. Our heater kept turning off even when the switch on but. the bathroom had a heated floor and plenty of hot water

The location is PERFECT for Winter. It’s just far enough away from one of the 2 wonderful Christmas Markets (the one at the town hall with ice skating) they had loud music but we didn’t hear a thing

The hotel does not have its own reception, so we went to the reception of nearby Narutis hotel (300 m). The receptionist was super nice and gave us all the information

The resort has two restaurants, with Mizu Beach by Heji opening this week, so it was closed for our stay, but they still had OLEA, the Greek restaurant (mixed with Lithuanian taste) where breakfast and dinner are set

The spa is fantastic, really feel the luxury here and definitely does the job of helping you feel relaxed. They offer a range of treatments for extra money, but hotel guests can use the spa for free, numerous times

We have just got back from our stay at the newly renovated Esperanza Lake Resort. which was well worth it! We usually have a few nights away in South Tyrol, so we are used to luxury

We would also like to thank Victoria and the security team, who went above and beyond to help us during a difficult moment. Their dedication and support meant a great deal to us

The family apartment is lovely (2 bedrooms and living room). I always book in March for the summer weekend and by summer all the weekends are fully booked. Hence, I believe most of the people are happy with the service!

You can catch a fish yourself which is a nice entertainment especially with the kids. Tennis, boats, 1h of sauna included in the package and it cost only 215€ for a night (2+2 kids, family house)

We always book directly from their website and take a half board packages where dinner is included (+2 glasses of wine and soft drinks for the kids)

Incredible Lithuanian get-away. Pure relaxation and silence - the only thing you can hear are birds tweeting. Food is delicious and well presented - very fancy and tastes super fresh

Great Hotel, nice view. Supermarket on the other side of the hotel lets you grab anything you need. The bedroom was a little dusty, but fine. Food is good. There is a sauna and a pool.

Decent for money, no pool though Good overlal for the cost, a little basic and dated. There is no pool or sauna in operation which were both advertised

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and overall this hotel. We booked it just to sleep longer after a late flight, with 12pm check out time and breakfast until 10.

The hotel is very comfortable, but basic. That is not a criticism in any way as it is incredible value for money. The staff here could not have been more helpful.

Before arriving, we read many reviews and were honestly surprised — some people rated this place 1, while others gave it 5. After our stay, we truly don’t understand the negative ratings

The accomodation was right next to a lake, and there was plenty of activites to do there - we could rent a row boat to go onto the lake, massage (which was 35 euros for 70 mins!), charcoal grill for BBQ, tennis courts, spa and sauna

Of course, if someone is looking for signs of wear in the spa area or other parts of the building, they find them — but this is not a brand-new resort

We visited with a voucher, and everything was truly great. The service was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious

Small table to eat or put your stuff on, clean towels for each person and theres an en suite with a shower, theres also a hairdryer. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included in the price though

Good location - 5 mins from bus stop, supermarkets. Next to hotel is big park, which is full of chapels, where you can have nice walk or morning jog. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff

Simple, no-frills hotel with very reasonable prices. That being said, you also get what you pay for. The buildings are old and clearly due for a refresh
