Very good vacation. Brilliant staff, excellent service. Especially big thanks to massage specialist Monika. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Individual attittude. Big choice of treatmets. Very good organised procedure schedule. We suggest this place for everyone who appreciate calm and relaxing rest.

UPA is an amazing place to relax. It has great facilities, food is tasty, rooms are super clean, however, it lacks a little bit of sound proofing, because you can hear neighbours with crying babies fairly well. Beds are super comfortable. Spa features, massages are amazing. Overall, would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation

Everything was great. Good place to come with family. Very good chose of food for buffet breakfast, everything is tasty. Stone massage was wonderful and relaxing. Kid liked swimming pool and sauna a lot.

This is the third year in a row that my husband and I have visited UPA. And it hasn't disappointed yet! Very cosy atmosphere, the spacious rooms. Only the TV is slow, but if you don't have something necessary to watch - maybe it's for the best.😃 The staff is extremely friendly. Great pool and sauna area. Always clean, not shabby. We always go in the evening, around 8pm, so it's really normal traffic, you can try everything with no waiting. The food is just perfect! Varied, healthy, suitable for vegetarians (even vegans would survive, just less variety). Although the 3 time per day buffet is a bit too much for us, we don't get hungry, we can't resist ordering - it's so tasty. 😃 The treatments, as far as I could tell, are also faultless. I really like the "Upa" programme, there could be more short programmes like this, which would make the prices more affordable and make it possible to afford this kind of relaxation more often. By the way, it seems that this spa is mostly chosen by cool people 😃 But really! Polite, calm. Although there are a lot of children sometimes, even they are somehow less mischievous than in other places.😃

Atmosphere, service, care, food is just excellent! Always coming back here to recover, get healthier and to rest in really peaceful environment. Especially all employees are very nice, professional and really helped with all questions. Highly recommend!!!
